I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in Dubai Production City, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptional customer service made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker!

Too many complaints:
The hotel is run by Indians. The lobby looks OK, but the flowers in the lobby are all fake. A four-star hotel should not have this configuration. The room is very bad, just like a small B&B in an eighth-tier city;
The desk is too low and the office chair is too high, making it impossible to work;
Several lights are hard switches, and several are soft switches (on a touch screen). I had to turn into Sherlock Holmes to turn off the lights last night;
The hot water didn't come out after 5 minutes, so I thought it was broken and there was no hot water. Today, I put it on for seven or eight minutes and there was still hot water. . .
The wardrobe shown in the picture is not only ugly, but also protrudes a little when it is embedded in the wall, causing the cabinet to collide with the bedside table when it is extended, so there is a gap next to the bedside table. . There are many unreasonable designs like this

I stayed at this hotel, and it was well-organized. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was helpful, addressing all my queries. Particularly, the reception staff and a maid named Imane were very kind and helpful. Thank you for your assistance.

The continental breakfast ham and lettuce are delicious, and the fruits are also very fresh, much better than those bought at Carrefour. The room service is very complete and has a separate washing machine and kitchen. It’s also very convenient to cook your own meals. The service staff are very friendly. Blanc from Mexico City is very friendly 😉. I believe you can have a very pleasant life here.
The room was also very clean.
Highly recommended to stay.

This apartment hotel does not have a physical room card, and you must download its APP to open the door (and there is no reminder in the booking information, which feels like a pitfall!), which brings trouble to customers and a very bad experience! 😡
I generally do not give negative reviews, but I really do not recommend booking this apartment, and when encountering such a problem, Ctrip came forward to negotiate and it did not refund the money. (It is okay not to refund on the first day, but it is wrong not to refund on the rest!)
Ctrip handled it promptly and in place, and I have to give it three thumbs up! 👍👍👍

The stay was comfortable and warm , loved the welcome drink and appreciated the section for comfort or delivery boys, an extra effort of humanity in hospitality. Thanks to Addy for helping me plan the itinerary and akshay for giving me a good view room.
Must recommend for families and people who want to visit bhurj khalifa.
