A friend who has worked in Dubai for 20 years and lives nearby does not know this hotel. ②There is a KTV next to the elevator on the first floor. When waiting for the elevator, there are people beckoning customers. I stayed for one night and was on the third floor. I could hear very noisy sounds at night. Hygiene: The sheets were a yellowed blanket and the pillows looked dirty. Service: There are no slippers, hot water bottles, and bottled water. Because I only stayed for one night, I didn't see any services. Facilities: The tables, chairs and cabinets are very old, there is a dirty ceiling fan above the bed, a very worn out air conditioner (the air conditioner in my other colleague's room is like a small exhaust fan), the windows are very small and difficult to open, the water pressure Very low. I booked a room for 4 nights and checked out after only staying one night. If it weren't for the fact that I checked in too late that day, I would have wanted to check out at the first sight. After communicating with Ctrip customer service for a long time, the hotel refused to give us a refund. We chose another hotel and lost some money in exchange for comfort.
