Rolla Suites Hotel -Former J5 Bur Dubai Hotel

Rolla Suit was nice hotel where I stayed in Dubai. Good customer service and management as well

別在這裏浪費錢！最垃圾的酒店！兩個酒店女員工態度很糟糕，但是她們對待男顧客卻有笑臉，酒店男員工態度也很糟糕，別預訂這個酒店，這服務質量太差了，別花了錢在生一肚子氣！ 照片和酒店房間不一樣！打開房間後，你衹會看到幾十年前的破舊老傢俱，打開櫃子裏都是土，桌子也不擦，地毯原本是藍色的，但是長久不換，以及糟糕的清潔，地毯已經變成醬油色！真的是醬油色！沙發破洞！老沙發。 房間很大，但是衞生非常糟糕，卧室發黴味道，我拿着被子在沙發上睡覺的，第二天果斷離開這個酒店，再也不會來！這個酒店就是騙人的酒店，酒店房間和照片完全不一樣！

Old property with wired smells all over the room, furniture is old specially the bed crown the sheet fell on head all the night, then finally removed the sheet to not injured 🤕. Midnight they called twice for the food order which we not ordered even we told one time that food not for us and they called again second time after few minutes. In bathroom want to hot bath with bathtub 🛀 after filling, when time to relax in all water goes out from down the tub( leakage’s) and all the washroom full with water due to water blockages, which caused bad smell. And last when I called for booking ahead and said that if I want extend my stay for half day price operator said need to book for full day they not give half day or late check out .Staff need to be professional no greeting. The room was booked not the same as in picture on booking. No toothpaste, only one sop and one shampoo even room booked for two persons.
