Ulasan Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira(formerly Sheraton Deira)

Aku tinggal selama total 11 hari. Awalnya pelayanan hotel oke, tapi agak kotor. Selimut dan sprei tidak diganti dan hanya dilipat. Sayangnya, sudut selimut terlalu kotor. Mengganti selimut adalah sudut selimut di tanah. Saya benar-benar tidak berani memujinya. Saya malas dan tidak mengganti handuk mandi dan handuk. Sesuatu yang sangat tidak menyenangkan terjadi. Saya kehilangan penutup mata sutra saya ketika saya check in ke hotel. Setelah menyelidiki selama dua hari, saya berkata Tidak masalah bagi mereka, tidak ada kompensasi untuk membuang waktu tanpa mengatakan apa-apa. Ini menunjukkan semangat dan sikap pelayanan mereka. Secara umum, hotel ini hanya dapat mencetak 2 poin.

Lokasi bagus. Nyaman untuk melakukan tes virus corona. Hal ini membantu. Keamanan tidak membiarkan saya duduk di depan lift di lantai dua. Dia mengatakan bahwa tamu akan mengeluh. Tapi saya juga seorang tamu. Itu menyakitkan Hotel membutuhkan lebih banyak perawatan. Koridor dan kamar bersih. Bak mandi tua. Ban tua. Antara ban juga tua. Restoran bagus, nyaman di dalam, romantis. Makanannya enak, barang-barang restoran dan perawatan rumah sangat bagus. Resepsionis sangat bagus. Tapi aku tidak mendapatkan jubah mandi dan sepatuku. Kolam renang ditutup sangat cepat, pada 6. Tidak nyaman. Ingin duduk di luar di bawah langit. Bagaimanapun, terima kasih banyak untuk restoran, juru masak, kamar bersih yang bagus, dan semua hal luar biasa dan bermanfaat.

Kamarnya bau aneh, ada serangga kecil terbang, karena jendela tidak bisa dibuka, dan tidak bisa bernapas

Reception check~in service very slow? And attitude is very strange. Elevator and Room accessories are very old. Many bars surrounding and too much noise. Will not come again.

Our family of four stayed in this hotel. My kids are 3 & 2 years old. My husband needed to go back at our house so we were left in the hotel rooms for few hours. My 3 year old daughter wanter to turn off the lamp, so she did (I allowed her as she just need to click on something). Then suddenly a sound was made and all the lights turned off. My kids got scared, the room was dark. I called the reception, staffs came to our room, they changed our room (to a smaller one). I was shocked and scared as my daughter's fingers has black markings on them. One of the staff also mentioned that it might be my daughter's fault that it happen, she's just 3 and an adult is blaming her for their defective lamp. I was upset.

The hotel has been refurbished recently and the rooms and other facilities are good. Diera is in old part of Dubai. The crowd that you will encounter inside and outside hotel is mostly South Asian. There are a number of very good Pakistani and Arabic restaurants. I have been staying in this hotel but first time I got a lot of noise from planes flying from nearby airport. A few nights, I was waking up every time a plane passed. Surprisingly there was no noise from the nightclub on the ground floor. Don’t expect much of customer service or if you need any maintenance work in the room. Overall if you want to stay closer to airport without spending a lot of money and are not bothered by lack of professional service and airplane noise, you can have a resonably good stay.

service slow It is not good for the staff to come at 10:30 in the morning and ring the bell to ask whether you have stay more ?

It was good and cozy, the location is very good and near to the airport.

Great location. Very close to the airport and Gold Souk. The rooms are nice, could be a little bit cleaner. There's a lot of tourist around as the location is very ideal.

Good hôtel for the price, very close to the airport. But noisy, and the staff made me inconfortable because they was unrespectful until they saw my French passport lol thinking I was from Pakistan maybe never mind. Outside only Indian restaurant or afghan, 15-20 min walk to the metro station near to the hotel.
