One of the best hotels I have booked in my trips. Also the reception guys were so friendly and helpful.

We was given a complementary upgrade on arrival, beautiful clean hotel and fantastic customer service. We have never stayed in a 5star so this place defo exceeded our expections. The staff including the cleaners acknowledge you will a hello and smile. The rooms are cleaned at a high standard and the breakfast is lovely too. I wish spent more time exploring this hotel and use its amenities. Will defo book again next time I

到酒店後被通知沒房了，心下一驚，但前台為我免費升級了一個雙床間，不是衹有兩張床的那種，是間兩居室……完全出乎意料，驚喜，房間超大，兩個卧室，兩個衞生間。還有一個陽台，簡直了！陽台正對着一個網球場，太多驚喜了！酒店所在區域是一個大工地，周邊各式各樣正在建設的大樓！酒店和旁邊的五星酒店Rotana是一個管理集團，服務很好

I stayed at Park Apartments for a year and genuinely couldn’t fault my experience. All of the front-of-house staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Afrar, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond for guests with his warm personality and willingness to assist. Although the apartments are a little dated, they are very spacious, well maintained, and kept spotlessly clean. I understand they are also undergoing refurbishment this year, which will make them even better. One of the biggest highlights for me is the swimming pool. It is always impeccably maintained, and the lifeguards do a fantastic job of keeping it clean and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience. A special mention has to go to Mr Akber, who clearly takes great pride in his work. He is attentive, friendly, and always goes out of his way to make guests feel looked after. It is especially lovely to see the care he takes with the children, making sure they are safe while helping them enjoy their time at the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend Park Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. The staff truly make all the difference.

Today is the perfect time to share my experience at Park Apartments, Edge by Rotana Hotel in Jaddaf, Dubai. First of all, the place has a calm and peaceful environment, it truly feels like a “home in the city, away from the crowd.” You’ll be welcomed by professional and kind staff at the reception and in housekeeping. The hotel rooms offer an antique-modern interior and it comes with complete apartment-style amenities. The premises include both public and private (basement) parking, a pool, a gym, a prayer room, and a lobby café (temporarily closed). It is a neighborhood to a tennis court. It is close to Jaddaf Metro Station (Green Line), a 5–8 minute walk, depending on your speed. The location is between new and old Dubai, near Deira, Oud Metha, and the Downtown area (Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall) by car through Business Bay Crossing and Al Khail Road. For nearby attractions, please search on this platform. The hotel is quite old, but it is well maintained. It’s just that they need to change some things that need to be replaced to avoid future issues. I would like to suggest that they adopt a more “minimalist” interior settings to reduce the number of items to maintain, such as unnecessary drawers and tables. This is just my honest opinion, shared with care for the property so it can last for many more years. Insha Allah. As of today, there is a construction site nearby, but it will not bother you much. That’s normal in Dubai because new buildings and developments are almost everywhere, so construction is happening across the city and will likely continue for the next few years, as it is one of the fastest-growing cities in the world. I would like to appreciate the efforts and care of the entire team who made our stay flawless. They ensured that we felt safe, comfortable, and at peace throughout our stay. Every hotel has its downsides and that’s normal, but what truly matters is how they handle guests’ concerns and expectations, and how fairly they treat everyone. Thank you to the manager and receptionists who took the time to speak with me before I left and made sure that my stay had no regrets. It was truly an amazing stay. We stay in Dubai once a week for work and sometimes I feel lazy to review but I believe reviews help people stay informed so they can make better choices and spend wisely.

We are living in here for almost half a year already. Location is awesome and the staff here are so nice !!
