The hotel wasn't as nice as posted 😕😔 I found cockroach inside beddings wasn't change I can found lady hair on the bed sheet they also gave me two single bed which I wasn't ok with toilet wasn't neat I wasted my 181. And the 10 I paid there..... not recommended I didn't take a photo Because I was very upset about my stay not even up to 24 hours they asked me to check out the terrible experience I got from a 2-star hotel not even a bottle of water inside of a coffee and tea towels not nice very upset

Never again please be safe in this hotel because the staff talk rudely and they are doing lot of things to make you uncomfortable the room smell like dirty bathroom the sheets are yellow and unwashed the pillow has marks and the towel was all like rug and discoloured we have all the rashes because of the bed bugs and fly inside the room we didn’t take pictures of the room because we left immediately

Surprised with first booking of trip.com, how this type of third class property can be promoted?
Shown great discount with world class amenities & practically its running like an orphan chowltry. Even a bottle of water has not given .WIFI given after asking tepeated times. For two guests, only one towel and stating that one more only can ve provided next day after o AM where as our checkout us of 11 am. Fed-up with bedbugs & checked out at 3.30 am and stayed with other one. As mentioned in amenities neither coffee/ tea maker nor hot water kettle available in room & no sitting arrangement.
Checkin time too much time and difficult to find out location too. Front office is scrutinizing documents as if they are sanctioning a bank loan but not room checkin.
Ancient interior, tiny space, smelling ambient, Chinese shampoo pouches and tablet soaps. No conditioner or cold cream sachets given. Hot water could be a dream hence not bothered to ask.
No ceiling or side fan but survived with pointed wall AC blow wind.
Room to lift also like Haloween movie setting and only one room service boy for an entire hotel.

The check-in time was only 2 hours, and after that the reservation was automatically cancelled and other guests were allowed in, leaving the guests who should have stayed there homeless. To begin with, a hotel with only 2 hours is not what you'd expect.
By chance, I was able to stay in the last room at another hotel, but I shudder to think what would have happened if I hadn't been able to stay there. I've heard that this kind of thing is common in Tobai and elsewhere as well.
This is an issue that goes beyond business. This is just too dirty.
I'm going to the UAE embassy next week to lodge a complaint.
I'm never going to Tobai again!

Experience with TRIP.com: No rooms, unacceptable conditions and no refund
The first time we booked through TRIP.com, we had a very disappointing experience. After arriving at the hotel we had booked, it turned out that there were no rooms available for us, even though we had already paid in full for four nights. The conditions on site were intolerable: the hotel was infested with cockroaches, the bed linen had stains and there was a used condom next to the bed. The hygiene in the bathroom and toilet was so poor that it was impossible to even wash your hands there. The room also gave off an unbearable stench.
We left the room within three minutes and reported directly to reception. An employee named Hamza confirmed a refund, but this promise was not enough. TRIP.com only offered a voucher worth 15 CHF, which was never issued. There was also no refund of the amount already paid of CHF 172.68, although no overnight stay took place and the hotel was unable to provide a room.
In addition, a special request stated when booking was ignored, which raises the question of why such fields even exist in booking forms. Finally, we decided to book the Carlton Downtown Hotel, which we can recommend without reservation. This booking was made via ***********, a platform with which we have had consistently positive experiences so far.

The room is very old, the air conditioner is louder than an airplane, and it leaks
