Very Spacious Hotel Apartments. Nice welcome with a welcome drink. The Check-in was fast and the reception staff always friendly. We had booked two bedrooms which includes 2 attached bathrooms and I sperate washroom, with nice big cupboards, the kitchen was nice and big with all amenities available. The Sitting room was also good and spacious with Smart TV. Swimming Pool on top was cool for the kids. We had a very nice and good stay. We will obviously come back here. Hotel highlights Great value, Rooms are Big and Spacious, Nearest is Mall of the Emirates, 5 mins walk to Insurance Metro Station, Lots of Restaurants and grocery stores around, Very Awarding Experience Hotel.

Thank you for the Rose Garden Hotel Apartment in Al Barsha 1 team, the customer service above our expectation they are all accommodating from the front desk and the housekeeping team . The location is accessible for everything, metro, busses , taxi"s, restaurant, supermaket are sounded in the area, room are big, neat & clean, my family they are all happy and comfortable of thier stayed. All are worth it..

Плюсы: 1. Меня каждый день ночью будили громкие звуки из мечети напротив. По моей просьбе меня без доплаты переселили в номер более высокого класса (двухкомнатные апартаменты) с окнами во внутренний двор. 2. Метро в полутора минутах пешком (через 2 дома от отеля). 3. Очень быстро и очень качественно убирают номера. 4. Всегда вежливое и уважительное обслуживание от всех сотрудников без исключения. 5. Очень просторные номера со всей необходимой посудой и кухней со всем возможным оборудованием. 6. Буквально напротив ресторан арабской кухни Al-Romanciah с очень вкусной едой. Вещи типа пляжных тапочек и полотенец можно купить напротив в Everyday Gifts, еду - в двух супермаркетах напротив, но для огромного разнообразия и изобилия еды лучше дойти до большого Carrefour в моле. Минусы: 1. Если у вас апартаменты с балконом, то мечеть будет не давать вам спать проповедями в мегафон, первая из которых начинается в 5:30 утра. Балконы в здании только на одной стороне и именно на той, где мечеть. 2. Нет шторки в душе. Из-за этого после каждого приёма душа всегда половина пола в ванной занимает лужа. 3. Стиральная машина работала неправильно и не останавливалась. Приходилось прерывать программу стирки, но бельё при этом вынимается не отжатое.
