I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtful services provided. The location is excellent, being very convenient to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are especially considerate for elderly guests, with safety equipment thoughtfully installed in the toilets. This shows the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort, which I deeply appreciate. While the TV channel selection was somewhat limited, with no movies or Asian channels available, the overall room experience was still cozy and comfortable. I also noticed the food options leaned more towards Western and Indian styles, which were well-prepared. However, adding some Asian-style dishes, like noodles, would be a welcome addition for guests who prefer them. The welcome fruit was a lovely touch – thank you for that thoughtful gesture! It made us feel warmly received. I did notice that only one complimentary bottle of mineral water was provided, and I think having additional free bottles would enhance the stay further. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, despite the traffic congestion on the road leading to the hotel between 3-5 p.m. Thank you for a memorable experience! I hope to visit again soon.

Very spacious clean room. Manager is really nice guy helped us with our online booking issue which we found out when arrived at the property.. Definitely we will visit again..

Really impressed with this Hotel. They were so friendly from the start and let us check in early which really made things easier as we had 3 children with us and had just come off a night flight. Laundry was a bit on the expensive side but that’s Dubai in general really. Provided towels and umbrellas for the beach and arranged a transfer to the airport after check out whilst still holding onto our luggage for a few hours, made my life really easy!

location is good. the room is big. but the towel is not clean. the view is beautiful.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Transportation was convenient. We could call Uber to go to tourist spots at any time. There were many restaurants nearby. The hotel buffet has many styles and many foods to choose from. It is about 25 minutes by car to Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab, which is very convenient. The room has a small living room which is spacious and comfortable.

We had an apartment on the third floor, a view from the window of the Double Tree Hilton hotel and the bay. The room is clean, but the furniture is tired. The chairs are somewhere stained. But, a great location, the beach is nearby. The staff is attentive and responsive. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got to the Christmas tree lighting festival. The children received gifts from Santa Claus.

Stayed in the apartments. Pros: the location is very convenient. Low price. The staff speaks Russian. Cheap minibar - cola 5 dirhams. New refrigerator in the kitchen. Two bathrooms. Large room. That's all) Cons: the furniture is worn out, the room is dirty. Dust lumps on the ventilation. An incredibly disgusting smell of air freshener throughout the room - we immediately opened the balcony to air it out. Linen with a strange smell. They persistently foist off a taxi driver who is on duty downstairs in a Lexus. Obviously without a taximeter, promising the same rate. In fact, there is a high probability of a scam for visitors) in room service the price of lipoton and cola is 30 dirhams - this is really very rude)

Was a solid hotel. Not the most luxurious hotel on JBR, but really satisfactory. Gladly again
