Not a good service this time i asked for a dental kit but no one came until i checked out,, so dissapointed

Everything is very good, especially stuff! Stuff is wonderful, special thanks for Fairose and travel agent USMAN very caring 👏

辦入住在酒店大廳等了30分鐘，酒店大廳有為顧客提供的飲品，酒店大廳沙發挺多。 打開房間後，發現酒店房間面積還算挺大的，衹是不能打開窗户。員工提前為顧客準備了一次性拖鞋，這一點挺貼心，櫃子裏有很多晾衣架，這一點不錯，淋浴間也很大。床單被罩感覺是新換的，這一點不錯。 酒店為社區附近，酒店門口往右邊走幾十米有杜拜很常見的禮品店，裏面也有日常用品，價格相對優惠，往前走幾步有一個斯里蘭卡小飯店，反正對我來説我感覺挺新鮮，那小飯店裡還有糕點。 我離開這個酒店，選擇了其他酒店，之前因為這個酒店的窗户不能打開。

設施：齊全 衞生：挺乾淨 環境：乾淨整潔 服務：出差去住了幾天，服務挺好

酒店有點老，周邊吃的東西挺多的，都是小店。大部分員工友好熱情，戴眼鏡的門僮小哥好評，很熱心

服務好 周邊也方便 Fairoos 熱情幫忙 除了當地出租車司機會繞路以外 其他挺好

環境一般 房間不隔音 一次性拖鞋也沒有 前台某些員工態度有點差 總體來説不太滿意 沒有達到一個舒適的環境

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Rotana on 2nd December Street. This 5-day experience has set a new benchmark for hospitality excellence. From the moment my father and I arrived, the staff, notably Simran, Mohsin, and Sulman, exemplified professionalism and warmth. Their attention to detail and eagerness to accommodate our needs were remarkable. They truly went above and beyond, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless. The highlight of our mornings was the exceptional breakfast at Gipsy Chinese. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Gamber and his assistant, Miss Kalawati, for their cheerful service and for making each morning memorable with their jolly personalities and top-notch service. A special mention must be made of Mr. Usman Mirza, whose expertise in tourism and travel greatly enhanced our experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and his customer-centric approach made our trip all the more enjoyable. The Jumeirah Rotana isn’t just a hotel; it’s a haven of hospitality. Every staff member contributes to a welcoming and professional atmosphere, making it my go-to place in Dubai. If you’re looking for impeccable service, comfortable lodgings, and a truly memorable stay, Jumeirah Rotana is the place to be.

We stayed for 10 days in June 2024 for the first time in Dubai, everything was wonderfull very tasty food and friendly staff. Also rooms were very clean and the swimming pool is nice as well. Definitely can recommend this place, thank you for the great vacation

Special thanks to Sadali at the front desk. She did a quick check in so that we didn’t have to wait for a long time at the lobby. The room was cleaned and free of dust, fantastic location! All the shopping malls and restaurants are close at hand. Access to pretty good sidewalks to walk on outside the hotel. Provided us everything by your valuable staff what is asked during our stay. I enjoyed my trip very much From the beginning of my entry into the hotel, Mr. Mohsen welcomed us. He made sure that we had a special stay and a very wonderful and kind reception. He convinced me that the Jumeirah Rotana Hotel was the best place and that I should extend my stay. The entire team, including Mr. Bilal, Mr. Salman, and Mr. Dawofa, were kind and cheerful and provided more than excellent service and made sure that my stay was comfortable. great team I will definitely visit this hotel again and will recommend it to all my acquaintances Thank you everyone, Thank you Rotana Hotel
