Отель находится между двумя станциями метро, пешком 5-10 мин. Просторные номера с мини кухней. Микроволновка, тостер, плита, чайник, холодильник, стиралка. Всегда в наличии кофе, чай, сахар, сливки. Приветливый персонал, есть возможность оставить вещи под присмотром после выселения. На крыше есть бассейн, работает с 9 утра до 6 вечера, выдают полотенца для бассейна. В шаговой доступности ТЦ Молл Эмирейтс. Напротив отеля круглосуточный Carrefour. Так же возле ТЦ есть автобусная остановка, откуда можно добраться до парка цветов, 105 автобус, 106 автобус до глобал виладж, 81 автобус до пляжа Jumeirah Beach.

에미리트 몰이랑도 매우 가깝고! 메트로 역이랑도 걸어서 10분도 안 걸려요! 위치도 좋고, 시설도 깔끔하니 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 실수로 흡연방 예약했는데 다행히 금연방으로 바꿔주셨어요!

Bonne expérience en général

Very engaged and thoughtful staff. The prioritized my comfort, they were flexible and accommodated my needs. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished , practical and worth every penny. Definitely my go to place now in Dubai. Special shout outs to Vishwa, Omkar, Taher Sammani from the reception, John and the ladies from the restaurant(couldn’t get their names but all shifts between 08 Feb to 13 Feb. the breakfast is very hearty and generous. Had a spectacular time there !

The staff are very accommodating and very good sever in the restaurant in the masaya Cafe at ground floor of the hotel.Rosel is very attentive and dedicated at her work and very multi task on her duty. She also suggesting more menu and recommendations specificially the kuzu pirzola lamb chops.. 100% taste good.

If you are looking for a home away from home, then this is for you. There is literally a Carrefour 247 convenience store, just 10 feet away. Proximity to Mall of Emirates is literally 5mins. The apartment staff are truly nice. There is a nice pool on the roof. Another added bonus is the bus from Dubai outlet mall that takes you to and fro absolutely free. My stay was very good. The apartment gave us an extra bed at no additional charges. Rooms were very spacious and thankfully had no smell of smoke or food. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping our rooms clean. I would come back again for sure

You can enjoy a delicious à la carte breakfast for just 25 AED, which is an excellent deal, along with other tempting breakfast options. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to guide you through the extensive menu. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Rosel and her colleagues for their outstanding service. They truly deserve a bonus for their hard work and dedication.

Rosel is a very accommodating and a very good server in the restaurant in the masa cafe ground floor of mena hotel. She so dedicated to her job. She work fast and safe shes also suggesting or recommending what menu you order in case you still cannot chose your menu. Shes great and helpful! Kudos!

Rosel and hewa roshan in masa Turkish restaurant are all very nice and very helpful,room is nice location very nice,need to change breakfast menu it's not good everyday same breakfast I'm eating,Turkish food nice only breakfast for 25aed need change,thank you

best ever experienced i had when i first come to dubai staff are very accomodating specially this staff in Mesa Restaurant name Rosel she is very friendly and nice. Our room in 208 is also relaxing and nice good place. Looking forward to stay again here
