Good and pleasant hotel with spacious rooms. Accessible and close by the metro station. Hotel management was so nice as compared to other European hotels I experienced

A bit outdated hotel, the rooftop pool area needs renovation

Hotel a little tired and less convenient than expected. Room had maintenance issues. Staff pushy for a five star review. Will give it a miss next time.

Pullman hotel was fantastic. Especially the receptionist staff Wendell. He has everything done nicely for us. We absolutely love the service of the staff, the location which is just minutes walk from metro, and the cleanliness of the room. We will be back again if we are in Dubai next time. Wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel was on the JLT and there is DMCC metro station right in front. Parking only Valet available and you need to wait a bit if the security is busy with some other guest… Receptionist were okay… it is the same thing always in Dubai… “attitude”… Facilities were good especially the gym and sauna… There were a lake next to the hotel where you could walk around in the evening… Many options for the food around… JBR and Marina are very close by.

The best hotel when I am staying in Dubai Located in marina area and close to the metro station Service is excellent, and they upgraded me to a better room with a perfect view! Highly recommend this hotel during your Dubai visiting.

It was decent but there are better options available at the same price
