Nice stay Nice hospitality Clean room Nice swimming pools .

If you can accept quite loud music at the hotel pool and can sleep under the noise, this hotel is recommendable to you. Even I complained to the front desk, it continued to the late night after 11 PM. It came from right under your room window… It offers relatively reasonable price, but it is a bit far from the center of the city.

As per other Alofts, the hotel is very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. very convenient for people doing business in Dubai Production City, Internet City and Jebal Ali.

A beautiful hotel with clean and modern rooms. Great for business stay. It's very close to all parts of the city if you have a car otherwise public transportation its available to Mall of the Emirates.

Good hotel. Everything is good. Good breakfast. Excellent service.

Aloft was nice, clean and very organized. Staff are approachable and kind. Easy to go for shopping as it’s close to store/mall. Also it’s not crowded place. You can relax and have peace of mind.

Everything was great, but the breakfast. Service was understaffed, particularly on days w large tourist groups. On those days, staff struggled to clear and clean tables for incoming guests. Breakfast choices were good but very limited for a 4 star hotel. So, loved the hotel but not the breakfast experience.

Nice contemporary hotel. Traffic can be a problem during peak times as accessing the area can be challenging.

New and very clean hotel . Good value for money . Rooms are spacious and modern design. I will stay again

A decent experience however, I felt that the hotel was extremely loud and it’s basically impossible to sleep past 8 AM. There’s always sounds from other rooms, or there were kids in the Corredor, banging and screaming. 

The hotel condition was fantastic but the trip.com dealing service it’s very poor
