Good location , clean room , the restaurant is below expectations with a very minimum selections

Staying at this new, modern luxury apartment hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were indeed large, spacious, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views from the higher floors. It was a pleasure to have a balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, there were some drawbacks. Throughout my stay, there was constant renovation or repair work in neighboring rooms, resulting in strong paint smells that were quite unpleasant. Additionally, the presence of a large construction site beside the hotel was somewhat disruptive. I also noticed some staff members who seemed overly curious or intrusive, which affected my sense of privacy. Lastly, while the breakfast offered was minimal, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the issues with ongoing renovations, nearby construction, and breakfast options were disappointing aspects of an otherwise luxurious stay.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at/ First night: 1) They forget my car in the valet area unparked for 8 hours. 2) The gave us an abandoned dirty dusty apartment full of rust and dust everywhere, no tv working and the ac was not working in the second room + the water in the toilet shower area was not draining. Second night: They upgraded the room to another suite, while having our dinner we heard a voice of explosion and the sewage was flooding everywhere in 2 minutes the dirty water reached the ankles. Directly they shifted us into another room, full with ants everywhere on the floor and on the dining table.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Damac Properties, specifically with their agent, Mina Zaher Damac Leasing. He promised us that the apartment would be cleaned before we moved in, but when we received the apartment, it was in a dirty condition. There was sand on the balcony and the apartment was clearly not cleaned as promised. Additionally, when we were signing the contract, Mina Zaher Damac Leasing rushed us, stating that he was in a hurry. He suggested that we sign the contract immediately and read it slowly afterwards. Is it logical to sign a contract without reading it first? This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Mina ZaherDamac Leasing’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend working with him or Damac Properties based on this experience.

It was unforgettable experience here , while everything is perfect and professional. The best part is the reception members Khaled and Abdul Hamid how they were helpful and supportive, I’d like to revisit to have same quality of every part again, Philips a guy who helped me with everything while my staying with luggage in Check in and check out .

it's really nice trips, the environment is great, everyone in hotel is friendly, Abdelaziz is absolutely fantastic, we have a perfect experience in this hotel, we recommend everyone to book and stay here!
