The hotel is gorgeous, what else can I say?) everything is there for a comfortable stay. Stayed one night before departure, very good bed linen, 2 pillows per bed, tea/coffee, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, soap accessories, There is a small swimming pool. The staff is excellent and very polite. The location of the hotel is of course not very good - if you decide to use public transport. We took a chance)) from the EXPO2020 station we took bus F55 (runs every 20-30 minutes) and after stopping closest to the hotel we have to walk through a forest-field, it’s unclear how because there are no sidewalks there🤷♀️ By the way, there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, we took advantage of it and got there in 5 minutes. but he has been walking since 4 am, as I understand it.

My first hotel in dubai. I only stayed maybe about 6 hours cuz arrived at 6 AM and needed to move to another hotel at the downtown before 12 but they were let me late check out about an hour. So basically it’s a nice hotel for the short time also transit hotel, nothing to see around from the hotel room, quite spacious, nice amenities already serve at the table so we didn’t need todo a phone call for it, got a capsule coffee machine also nice, we can use the shuttle bus that they already provide to the airport and back as well. All the staff are so nice and very helpful even the housekeeping asking us if we need a room service or refill amenities even tho going to check out at the same day. Oh breakfast also nice! The staff really helpful and happy to serve us our coffee

A journey was superb to stay at Aloft Dubai Creek Hotel. All staffs are very friendly and good. Special Mr. Ramadan at reception, he is very nice person and very helpful person.

The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptional customer service made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker! *Pros:* Cleanliness, spacious rooms, great customer service *Cons:* No metro stop nearby (but bus connectivity is available)
