Very ghetto run down look. There was a musky to smoke and dirty smell throughout the hallway and the nothing looked to be maintained. Water damage, damaged doors, issues with the ac, and large dogs barking in the rooms. Was looking forward to my checkout.

This is located at a convenient location for getting all around Draper. The hotel was generally clean, but it definitely has been quite a number of years since it was last updated. I’m not saying it’s out dated by any means it just could stand some new carpet in the entry and hall ways. We did not have the breakfast so I am unable to give any feedback on the quality of the breakfast. The parking is very limited, and the parking lot needs to be re-paved. I would stay at this hotel again for the price and overall quality of the facility if I am ever in Draper Utah again.

I'm not picky and I've stayed in some dives while road tripping but this was by far the worst. I had to leave 3hrs after checking in. The overwhelming chemical smell was awful, fluid stains and hairs on the sheets but the beds were made by housekeeping so they obviously didnt even bother changing the sheets. End tables and desk still had food and cup liquid dried all over. The phone had all of it's buttons punched out like it'd seen some sh*t. I dont think it worked. The toilet seat still had remnants from somebody and poo still in the toilet. A lot of noise in the hall and sketchy yelling and banging. I did not feel safe on this property.

The receptionist Mr Shah is great. However the property overall is quite outdated and run down. Overall okay for a short stay.

Great room, super clean and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Very quiet & the front desk staff was so friendly & helpful. Extended for several more days because I was so productive!

There were several major problems with Ramada Inn Draper: 1) Barking dogs, pet rules not enforced 2) often noisy neighbors after 10 PM 3) no cooked breakfast 4) person at desk often spoke poor English 5) smokers congregated at the back door, cigarettes all over the ground, smoke often smelled in the hallways 6) hallway rug worn out 7) many more people in the motel than there were cars, some people seemed to be living in the motel 8) some of the residents were probably homeless, they stalked up on breakfast food each day, enough to last them all day

I would have expected more from a Wyndham hotel. The price point is affordable, yet one should not have to live in dirty, unkempt environment. Just because something is old, doesn’t not mean it should be in poor repair and dirty. I feel like $20 a night would be more appropriate for the conditions we endured. Wyndham, you really should be ASHAMED!

Inside lovely, parking lot around it has holes on the roadway and should be repaired so it is not a hazard for tires and will look better, but still would give them overall 5 stars since the service team is great and inside is very spacious.

The room was clean, and the beds were nice. The shower and bath were good. Bring earplugs because it is right next to a very loud interstate, but that didn't bother me, I had earplugs. Continental breakfast was not the best, not enough selection, and the juices were warm. Overall I would stay again.

The room was cold the heater wouldn’t work the tv had a black spot on the screen from tv going out …. Pillows are the size of throw pillows and the towels are dark and dingy

Great rate and hotel staff were very friendly! The bedding and towels were old and the breakfast had no eggs. My check-in wasn't smooth. When I arrived at night. the hotel was completely dark and I thought I went to the wrong place. Then I found out it was an power outage! The hotel should have had a generator. The power came back but it destroyed the key card making machine but the staff didn't know where the master key was. He had to call the manager to get the master key. Waited for an hour to get a room. Not the hotel's fault but the hotel should be proactive about the crisis management procedure. The location is very convenient. The room was quiet. The cleaning folks were friendly. Everything else was good.
