"When checking in at the front desk, they were directed to another officer. The room attendant was escorted to the room, but instead of waiting or asking if there were any problems, room facilities, or so on, instead the attendant immediately walked away and didn't say anything. The room is REALLY DIRTY. First came the smell of cigarette smoke. The floor is very dirty and there is a lot of hair falling out. Under the pantry there are lots of dead cockroaches, the water flow from the pantry tap is small, the curtains and table are dusty, the mattress (blanket, sheet, pillow) smells really bad!!! Suspicious if the bed sheets are not replaced. Then many gallons of water (leMi***al) that were left over were not thrown away. Anyway, gross!!!!! The condition of the other room I ordered was not much different. Even the main light in the room was off, only one light was on and it was dim. The pantry table was very dirty and the gas was out. The bucket in the bathroom contains a bowl of instant porridge. Make *** ung?? So dirty!! Because the condition of the room was like that, when I wanted to complain to the front desk, I was thrown away again and told to look for the room attendant himself. What's worse, the room attendant was very slow to respond!!"

"Saat check-in di front desk malah diarahin ke petugas lain. Oleh petugas kamar diantar sampai kamar, tapi bukannya ditunggu atau ditanya adakah kendala, fasilitas kamar, atau dsb, alih-alih petugasnya langsung ngaciiir pergi ga bilang apa-apa. Kamarnya KOTOR BANGEEET. Pertama masuk bau asap rokok. Lantai sangat kotor dan banyak rambut rontok. Di bawah pantry banyak bangkai kecoa, air kran pantry ngalirnya kecil, tirai dan meja berdebu, kasur (selimut, sprei, bantal) bau bangeeettt!!! Curiga kalo sprei ga diganti. Trus banyak galon air (leMi***al) yang udah sisa ga dibuang. Pokoknya jorokkk!!!!! Kamar lain yang saya pesan kondisinya ga jauh beda. Bahkan lampu utama di kamarnya mati, cuma nyala satu lampu dan remang-remang jadinya. Meja pantry sangat kotor dan gasnya habis. Ember di kamar mandi ada mangkok bekas bubur instan. Buat ***ung kah?? Jorok bangett!! Karena kondisi kamar seperti itu, saat mau komplain ke front desk lagi-lagi dilempar dan suruh nyari sendiri petugas kamarnya. Parahnya, petugas kamar sangat slowrespond!!"
