"Not GOOD AT ALL. Regrettable stay, high price for unruly furniture and spacing. I will not recommend any one to this hotel. The gym in a small old hotel room with only 3 dis functional equipment, the pool area looking so abandoned ! Dark corridors and broken doors. Poor WiFi circulation etc. Even driving into hotel front facing will let you destroy your car. ONLY thing good is the break fast… the rest is just a financial scam."

"We were impressed with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with nice bedding and linens. The breakfast is very good (except the coffee) and the restaurant is a fine choice for dinner, although there are other options nearby. But the real STARS of this hotel are the staff. They were lovely. Jude at reception was professional and friendly and went out of his way to help us. Emmanuelle gave us good tips for our one day off work. The nice trainer in the gym -- I forgot his name -- gave us good advice for using weights. We will be back!"

"It went well overall. The transfer to the hotel was kind of tricky unfortunately but gor sorted out. The room was superb, no concerns. The staff was not super nice but still nice. ... The soup during dinner, the water of the veggie soup had the smell of fish. Maybe these 2 soups have the same basis, since the restaurant serves fish soup also. It is not a huge deal but for me who does not like fish it was not the best. The breaded chicken was tasty."

"Hi everyone I checked in to Ibis Douala on 7th July till 11 th of July. The location was good. Ibis hotel offer free drop off. I arrived mid night the staff was cooperative. Out side nearby many restaurants are available as well in Ibis hotel inside restaurant also offers good quality food. In the room they offer one bottle of water and no electric cattle tea & coffee. Also available small size refrigerator in the room I kept my water and coke. Bed was comfortable. In the wash room liquid soap and warm water available also I found hair dryer. The AC was not cooling properly. I compained but not fixed. I found also nearby small super store with grossery items."
