The hotel is very good, the first time I booked the suite is good, the second time because I did not book a business room, I found that the business room orientation is the front of the hotel, the standard room orientation is close to the high speed on the back of the hotel, but the sound insulation is not too noisy, hotel parking If the indoors are 20 euros, the open-air gate is 10 euros, and there is a parking lot next to the hotel's open-air parking lot. It is 7 euros, but this parking seems to be unattended. The first afternoon to go there, I did not see the management staff. A cabin was closed. After checking out the next morning, I saw that someone was waiting to collect the money. It felt like it was cheap but not safe.

When I went there happened to be an exhibition, the location was very good, very close to the subway and the city center, the room was obviously just renovated, the smell is a bit, so the window is open during the day, I think I will stay again next time . In short, the city is very small, and this hotel is cost-effective.

The hotel looks old, but the interior decoration of the room is very grand. The room is large, similar to a family room. Long desk, sofa 🛋️, large wardrobe, safe, double basin in the bathroom, etc. There is a subway station at the door, and you can go to the Chinese restaurant King Lung (closed on Tuesday) in 2 stops. You can have a good dining experience at 15 euros per person. Opposite the hotel is the parking building of Dor**und University 🅿️, which is easy to park. There is a Lidl supermarket within 1 km of the hotel, and a large 🅿️ parking lot is rare (roadside parking spaces in the surrounding residential areas are difficult to find) and you can replenish food and drinks.

Everything went smoothly, the room was well equipped. Location was also great, and there were good connections to public transport.

Good front desk service, poor breakfast service! I have been to Germany on business several times, and I have never seen such a waiter. I would video with my family in the morning. I used headphones and talked for a while. A male waiter nodded my arm and called me quiet! Because I am alone and abroad, I don't want to have any security risks. I endured it and hung up the video. By the way, the restaurant is not very big. The top few foreigners diagonally across from me are also talking, and I can hear them. Two people at the table next to me are also talking. My voice is about the same height as theirs. I am a Chinese, so call me quiet? Really the first time I met! Stayed for two nights, I didn't eat breakfast here the next day, really a very poor waiter. Of course most of the foreigners I met are still very friendly!

So where do I start... 1. the house looks like a normal house, not like a hotel in the middle of the city 2. The reception was nice 3. The room looked very attractive, modern and clean 4. !!I have to honestly say that at night the room neighbors were having fun and were quite loud, the wall was shaking and I could hear very unpleasant noises from next door (you can imagine what I mean) I definitely can't recommend it if you want to have a relaxing weekend for two, I thought for a moment you were in a *******!! So everything was fine but there was one thing that didn't work at all, very unpleasant

The overall feeling in the small and medium-sized German city is not bad, the environment is quiet, there is a Dortmund Memorial Hall and Dortmund Football Club main stadium nearby, and it is a minute's drive from the station and downtown 7-8. Due to environmental protection, the hotel's free personal hygiene products are relatively limited. What is more unexpected is that the two bottles of bubble water at the room bar are also charged. If you don't tell the front desk, there is no free water. Breakfast is quite satisfactory and dessert is nice.

The price is very convenient. The location is very beautiful and Turkish restaurants are on the street. The room is a front number. The tea Water coffee is all available and the tea heating is available. I want to come back to a great place.

Excellent city hotel in perfect proximity to the city center, the train station and the German Football Museum! Beautiful, comfortably furnished lobby and bar. Exceptional, wonderful, varied breakfast until 12:00 p.m.! Everything your heart desires is available here! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean and well-equipped rooms. Absolutely a feel-good hotel. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and were able to spend a wonderful weekend in Dortmund here as a family (2 adults + 1 child)! We would love to come back. Keep it up!
