Reasonable value and friendly customer service from Shawn on the desk. The building does a good job of staying cool during the warmer weather.

We frequently stay at Dorking Travelodge, and it is always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, especially Sean, who is very helpful and approachable. Travelodge do need to change some of the plug sockets though - they are unusable for most plugs!

I’m on rotation using this Dorking Travelodge for many months now. Cannot praise Shawn enough for his friendly welcome, prompt assistance and reserving my preferred room & more. Five stars for Shawn.

Great value for the price, clean room and enough space for 3 people (2 adults + 15 year old). Hot in the room, but fan provided (30 degree day so maybe can't be helped). If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere but for this option at a great value, we're happy. Good parking and convenient Teso Express. Shawn on front desk especially helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible, 3 star upped to 4 for his help.

Had a great stay at Dorking travel lodge, from the moment I entered I felt welcome and cared for by the staff, especially by Shawn it the front desk. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great value for money!
