The staff was courteous and kind. The room was clean and well put together. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open which was a main selling point for me. But in any case the hotel was good. Location was also good

The hotel is in an excellent location. Guests can go to the top-floor viewing platform for free and have a 360-degree view of Dongxing and Mong Street in Vietnam. The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the underground parking lot is large.

This is one of the best hotels in Vienna I have ever stayed in. The hotel facilities are also very good. I booked a river view room with floor-to-ceiling windows. I saw Vietnam across the river from the room. I lay in bed and watched the sunrise. The view from the 35th floor The scenic platform has a 365-degree view of Mong Cai and Dongxing in Vietnam. It feels great and the breakfast is also good. In short, it is a pleasant stay. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Dongxing.

Advantages: First, the location is excellent, right next to the port. The Qing Dynasty Border Monument and Saigon Coffee are also downstairs, within walking distance. Second, the room is large in size, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The shower room and toilet room are independent, which is very friendly to families with two adults and one child or multiple children. During holidays, there are many cars and traffic control is easy at the entrance of Guomen Scenic Area, but hotel guests can drive in directly with their order, which is convenient. Disadvantages: First, they share a building with Ramada, which means that guests of both hotels take the same elevator in the same building, making it very difficult to wait for the elevator (during National Day)! The restaurant is also on the same floor but is partitioned, so the view is different. Second, the breakfast itself is very average. The dishes are not rich and taste average. The fruits are not fresh yet. The watermelon looks like it has been stored overnight or for a long time.

It should be the best hotel near the port. Although it has been open for seven or eight years, it is still very comfortable to stay in. The room is big enough, the bed is clean, and the bathroom has no smell. There are two hotels in the same building, and Vienna is more cost-effective. It's a bit higher, and you can go up to the observation deck on the 35th floor and look at Vietnam for free. When we went there on September 25th, there were no people on the street at around 7pm. Maybe it would be more lively during the National Day.
