居民樓裏面的小賓館，雖然老舊，房間設施也還算齊全，24小時熱水與獨立衞生間，賓館後門還有自帶車位，青旅的房價甚是感人，適合自駕的驢友歇腳。
另外，老闆人挺有趣，北方人，四十來歲，精明能幹，也很健談，能儘量照顧到住店客人的所有需求。據説老闆也是個旅居客，大半生走南闖北，在此落腳開店有三四年，言談間能感受到他閲歷的豐富和從容，倒也有種大隱於市的感覺。前半生追山河，後半生守屋檐，説的就是這種吧。

酒店性價比極高，簡約而不簡單，安全舒適，衞生乾淨空氣新鮮，性價比很高。**老闆人特別好（聽説好像是名校畢業的自主創業），服務熱情，有求必應。停車超方便，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，尤其是東興美食好評榜第一的高佬海鮮粥步行幾分鐘就可以到達，他家的海鮮粥，醬油雞，橄欖沙丁魚必點，下次來東興還住這家。

그다지 깔끔하진 않지만 중국국경지역에서 그나마 싸게 1박을 할 수 있는 곳입니다. 청결도가 떨어지지는게 사실이지만 최악은 아니며, 가격을 생각하면 수용할 수 있습니다. 방은 넓고 최소한의 침대와 수건은 깨끗했습니다.
