tolong la bersihkan bilik , cek in 3pm cek out bfr 11am tapi dapat bilik macam lama org xmasuk. habuk sana sini. tv not functioning well. langsir problem. dekat shower pun ada cacing.. sarung bantal keluar benang. sangat disappointment dengan management yg begini. kami one family mau bersantai auto jadi mood x bagus.

Sangat berbaloi untuk menginap disini selain ruang yg luas, bersih Dan pencahayaan yg baik juga terasa seperti berapa dirumah sendiri. Sy paling suka sebab shopping mall ada disini, mudah utk sy Dan keluarga bersantai. Sy sangat berpuas hati

Mailbox that had been broken. Yesterday, we took the room key without key in any password.....I think it is very dangerous and we found the half bottle of water on the dining table...... is it they really did the cleaning services? And in the next morning, I contacted the front officer, but did not get any response till now..... very disappointed to me

At first we arrive and the door handle is broken and of course we ask to move another room but management said all room are fully booked. The sofa is broken, the tv is outdated even cant use netflix only youtube. The aircond in living room is dirty and need to service, and a bit smelly when we come inside. On positive side you can open the window on evening and you can see the sunset and its very nice and the heater functioning well and cheap than other room lah

I dont have problem with the room, but the services is very bad, the time for check in is 3pm and you need to check out before 11am next day,you will be charged if you are late. The lift took so long since there is only 1 lift can use, for all manhattan suites they only have 1 lift. The day i check out i need to use the stairs from 8th floor with my luggage to going down so i can give back the keys on time (11pm). Its hard to find parking also.

Ants on kitchen table top which near to sink. Aircond in my room is too loud, unable to sleep at night. Pros is living room has ceiling fan n aircond wich helped to dry our clothes.

Room 07-18 Check-in process is very convenience. Tv remote not functioning. The mattress is not comfortable bcs it sink in the middle.
