GGuest UserThe receptionist at check in and when I checked out (canโt believe I forgot to ask her name) is amazing! Sheโs eloquent in English and really helpful, helping me call a cab etc. The hotel has all the amenities needed and is very much like an apartment so thereโs the kitchen sink, full fridge and freezer, kitchen stuff, cutleries and bowls, washing machine, paper cups, kettle etc. lots of space in the room too. Nice park near the hotel and lots of food option. Would stay here again if I come to Donghae.

๋ชจ๋ชจํด์จฉIt's clean and warm, the bathroom is good, the hot water works well, the water pressure is good, the hotel facilities are good, and I like that there's a convenience store in the basement, but the hotel is a bit dry. I also wish the amenities were a little better~! There was no toothbrush and toothpaste, and the shampoo and conditioner did not suit me well. It would be okay for those who are sitting on the bus. The location is good as it is right in front of the terminal, and taxis are easy to find. There are supermarkets and Starbucks nearby, not just convenience stores, and the staff are friendly. If you come to Donghae, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided. I think I'll take it and come again. The sea is a 30-minute walk away. It's good.

GGoh KCInterior design of hotel and room furniture layout were artistic, as suggested by the hotel name. Facilities included a cabinet dryer in the room were beyond hotel norm. Clean room. Near several restaurants, big supermart and a great beach to watch sunrise. The breakfast was fantastic.
Claiming different booking no., initially reception staff refused check in and wanted guest to call Trip.com directly despite having correct guest name clearly shown on hotel computer screen. With reasoning, reception agreed to call trip.com and matter was resolved.
Hotel needs to improve customer service further in this aspect. Other than the above, we enjoy our stay very much.

The whole building smells bad. I took the elevator together and accidentally went up with the people in the next room, but I heard a woman say that it smells too much.
The sound insulation is not good, so I can hear all the sounds of the next room, and the wallpaper is torn everywhere, but it is squeezed or left behind with other wallpaper.
The bathroom cleaning is good, but the water supply part was not wiped and it was empty. If you postpone my experience staying at a hotel at a similar price in Seoul,
It doesn't seem to be good for the price. The heating is very good, so I was rather hot. It's a pity that I couldn't eat breakfast because it was a weekend.
