The hotel environment is very good. I live in a tatami room. The bed is big enough to sleep four people. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Dongguan!

Dinner Buffet in Cafe, honestly, not the most delicious one, but the overall service in the restaurant was so outstanding. Staff here are welcoming, polite and professional. When some dishes were sold out, they usually refilled it with speed. And staff here were so active and willing to help. Don't have to say anything, they already approached to you and offered helps. Thanks to all the staff in cafe, didn't miss a single greetings or goodbyes. Loved it, so heart-warming. Plus, a little food quality related accident happened in the breakfast buffet. Staff deal with it immediately and seriously. I don't remember to ask your name, but I really appreciate your service and how you make sure everything settled down. Amazing hotel. There is not much else to say. We tried the Japanese/Korean restaurant and it was fabulous! The rooms are spacious and super clean. I would love to stay in this hotel again!
