The stay was average. Staff is good and cooperative. Improvement aspects-
1. Linen requires cleaning, lots of stains and marks. 2. Toilet must be sanitized and cleaned. 3. At-least a bottle of water must be complimentary. 4. Bathroom slippers must be provided. 5. One luggage rack must be provided.

Just a decent room to stay, service is missing technically, no one to pick up luggage or no security as such. No generator as well where we faced frequent power cuts. Washrooms could be little cleaner. Bedsheet and spreads were not clean. Located in the main road.

This place is in front of ropeway office so for elder folks it's best stay. Rooms are clean and moderate spacious. There are many quality restaurants nearby which are good help.
