Very bad hotel. Their rooms has cockroaches and their acs don’t work. I shifted 3 rooms to finally get a room that was still dirty. The staff is extremely rude and even with mistakes from their end they will still argue with you. Not recommended.

Stayed 3 days, but no cleaning for room. AC is not working properly. Everytime need to inform in reception to provide access for geyser & AC

I have booked a non ac room for a 2 days stay. There is 0 ventilation inside the hotel. I hope a jail also will have proper ventilation but this hotel doesn't for non ac customers. Hotel management demanded rs 1000 for ac per day which ac was not even properly in working condition. Thanks to mm t for not even being able to arrange an alternative stay and forcing me to stay with 0 oxygen room ***** with my family.

Room is not cleaned properly, bed sheet and pillow covers seemed used and/or unwashed… irritating and repeated calls from the reception ***** with knocks on door to remind me about check out time… not going to stay any more in future

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
