Muchas cosas mal, no esta a 20 min de san miguel de allende como dicen.., esta a 45 minutos y hay que atravesar 20 minutos de un camino terrible de 1 sola via ida y vuelta, el jacuzzi sucio con el agua turbia y nisiquiera calienta bien, se iba y venia la luz de noche, el calefactor no es el adecuado para el espacio (muchisimo frio de noche 9 grados en el interior), en recepcion no funcionaba el telefono y se tardan en responder whatsapp al que ni se puede llamar (en caso de emergencia estas por tu cuenta) y para colmo al final nos cobran una tarifa extra que no avisaron en *******.. osea que pagamos por ******* y aparte para salir hay que pagar marrulleramente casi 500 pesos que te diran hasta el final.

La experiencia fue increíble, desde que llegamos nos ayudaron a bajar nuestras maletas, nos recibieron con una bebida refrescante, nos llevaron a nuestra tent y nos explicaron todo. El chef y su personal de cocina nos súper consintieron, nos hicieron sentir súper cómodas, comimos, cenamos y desayunamos delicioso. La atención súper personalizada y profesional. Nos llevaron a un fogatero con bebidas deliciosas , solo hacía falta sentir más calor. La verdad fue una experiencia única. Solo lo único tener más control sobre el módem. Gracias a todo el equipo de Omun por hacernos vivir una experiencia inolvidable.

Tuvimos algunos detalles y en general espero sea constructivo mi comentario pero le falta experiencia al personal en general para estar a la altura del complejo.

Al final cobran tarifa extra de la que te avisan hasta que quieres hacer check out.. osea que pagamos por la plataforma mas de 5mil pesos por la noche y aparte para salir hay que pagar casi 500 pesos que te diran hasta el final.

Súper experiencia ! Perdido en la nada, un silencio increíble y toda una experiencia dormir en una campaña pero con todas las comodidades. Despertar con el cantar de los pájaros y ver los viñedos desde la cama fue espectacular ! Y Conectar con silencio !
