Unfriendly night shift receptionists. The morning staff was way more helpful. They actually have a shuttle service to and fro the airport but I wasn't aware of that at first and that was a 20-minute walk in the dark navigating through cars and stuff (I don't see a safe crossing on my way there), absolutely terrible. For some reason they only gave me shampoo and hair conditioner. There's a huge stain on the bed sheet that's kind of disgusting. The washroom and the bed itself look pretty clean though.

Very conveniently located near the airport. Great service and a clean, comfortable room. Would stay again when transitting through Izmir.

Basic simple clean and tidy

We had a flight in the early morning so we booked this hotel. It provides free shuttle service. And it only cost 5 mins driving to the Izmir Airport. The facilities are wonderful, and there is no great noise. Highly recommend if you need to catch a plane.

The room is huge! There is also meal service after 8 o'clock, and there is free airport transfer, which is very suitable for catching an early flight the next day after a tour! (Please note that there is no laundry service at this time)

The hotel is in a very good location, just near Izmir Airport, 500-600 meters walk. The front desk staff of the hotel was very enthusiastic. When they learned that we had problems returning the car to the airport, they drove us to the return point and waited at the airport exit to pick us up. It was so heartwarming. Of course, the hotel room was also very clean and large. The only small drawback was that there was no main light and the lighting was a little dim.

It may be a problem with the location or it may be temporary... There are some disappointing points, such as the outlets and light switches being a little far from the side of the bed, but I was generally satisfied. There are no stores nearby, but there is a gas station convenience store.

Great hotel. Walking distance from the airport. If you have luggage, then it is worth using a taxi. The service is great.
