Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Downtown

Everything was going well until the rest of my family arrived late on the 16th, around 11:45 pm. The receptionist treated them very rudely and ignored their request to take their belongings to the room. He even made fun of them. I was not aware of this until the following day when my family told me about it. I immediately raised a complaint against the receptionist. I don't wish to stay in a hotel where guests are not treated kindly.

I had an issue with my gym membership and Ms. Amira has resolved it with absolute professionalism and respect. The place is highly hygienic and the staff at the pool and gym are super nice and helpful. Thanks to Amira and the staff. i highly recommend the hotel.

We have a bad experience to this guy in reception area his name YOUSEF his soo Rude. What kind of Costumer Service you Have??? So Dissapointed to have Been Treated This Way and i Think You should be aware of this kind of emplooyee👎 and he deny his position just to trick us

Very nice hotel but his location is not very good near the C-ring road with a lot of trafic day and night. also no buffet breakfast aviable

We spend a nice stay at Double Tree Doha Downtown. A friendly team especially at La Serre restaurant, a totally white restful space. Swimming Pool with view on Doha, Gym and free parking. A brand new hotel with a touch of french bakery. Suitable for families. On C king road near city center.

Excellent food, service and rooms are very clean. Good parking. Excellent location. We love it and we had a great stay!!! Special to Mr. Vijay for his kind assistance and helping us finding places to visit in Doha.

We were originally directed to the Plaza hotel nearby as a reasonably priced place to stay in the old city. However, after a very unfriendly reception there, we walked across the road to the Doubletree Hilton, where we were received by friendly staff and shown upstairs to a wonderful late breakfast/early lunch. It’s only a short walk from the fabulous Museum of Islamic Art, which must be one of the best museums in the world. The staff were friendly for the entire duration of our visit, and the food was great. Definitely a place to return to. Moderately priced and good access for transport.
