Lynus with concierge services has been amazing. Our stay has been wonderful. We absolutely love the services, staff and our stay. They have been very accommodating to all our needs. We highly recommend it to others wanting to book for a stay.

Staying at the Dusit Hotel & Suites was a great way to end our wonderful Middle East vacation. We first visited three cities in Saudia Arabia. We loved our accommodations there but our stay at Dusit Hotel & Suites Doha was an amazingly beautiful experience. Before we arrived at the hotel, we called the hotel to arrange a car pick from the airport. We were transferred to the concierge desk where we spoke to Anthony. Anthony was very helpful in getting us a car that suited our needs. He kept in contact with us the entire time we landed to make sure we found our driver and resolved any issues ( our driver was waiting for us in a different location then where we were told to meet him). When we arrived at the beautiful hotel, Anthony welcomed us by taking care of our bags and giving us cold apple juice (which was so good). He then offered to help us book tours of Doha. He also took care of our transportation for departure. I must say we had the best experience at this hotel. We booked breakfast with our reservation for each day of our stay and it was a 10/10. My kids 15 & 12 couldn’t wait for breakfast each day. Our hotel suite was also a 10/10. We wished we stayed there longer. The only issue I wasn’t 100% satisfied with was housekeeping. The soaking tub in our master suite was not thoroughly cleaned. I would’ve loved to take a bath with and look out at the beautiful city view at night. They didn’t give us any facial towels, or enough hand towels for the 3 & 1/2 bathrooms. It took a very long time to have the items we needed from housekeeping delivered. All in all, I will still give them an 8.5/10 because everything else was immaculate. Can’t wait to visit again. This hotel is a must see and visit. It is absolutely beautiful!

It was amazing stay for two nights in this hotel. A big thank to Hina. We got upgrade for the room. Sure I will repeat my stay in this hotel. The hotel is clean and located in excellent area. All attractions are within only minutes from the hotel.

We had such an amazing Christmas get together with friends at the hotel’s Royal Suite. We originally booked two separate room but upgraded during check-in. Special thanks to the receptionist who accomodated us and to Samuel who was very helpful. This is our second time upgraded to the same luxurious Royal Suite. The hotel screams elegance and opulence, one that we don’t experience often. Again, thank you!

Awesome stay! I cannot count how many times we stayed on this Hotel. We spend our Christmas with my Family and will be celebrated New Year too. As always, Ms. Hina is the best person to talked to on all your queries. She is so approachable. She is the best example of being a good employee. I also want to thank Mr. Anthony for the good service/help he offered to my family. To Mr. Samuel, who approach us if we need help, thank you.  This hotel gave us the feeling of being more than at home with the best staff.
