Jika Anda mencari kenyamanan, kebersihan, dan keteraturan, jangan datang ke sini! Kamarnya kecil, mereka hanya memberi satu handuk untuk 2 orang. Pelayanan buruk, kamar jelek dengan tempat tidur keras yang terasa kenyal, lokasi aneh, tapi masuk akal karena dekat dengan jalan raya! Itu sama sekali tidak bernilai satu sen pun yang dibayarkan! Salah satu hotel terburuk yang pernah kami tinggali... Kami datang untuk Piala Dunia, mereka menjual sesuatu kepada kami dan tidak mengirimkan apa pun! Dan tidak ada gunanya mengeluh, kita hanya bisa menderita dan menunggu hari untuk meninggalkan tempat ini! Kami tidak akan merekomendasikan!

Very Bad Experience...The hotel condition was very bad, not properly maintained, staff was very rude and not polite. They don't know the basic manners and how to respect their customer. Zero hospitality knowledge. Very poor service. The AC was leaking, plumbing system full leaking and water stuck in the washing basin. The window was full dirt and too much dust.. Terrible experience.

Bad experience, will never stay this kind of hotel again. No hygiene, no basic facilities, etc. The hotel is required basic maintenance as plumbing is leaked. The windows cannot open and dirty. Too much dust and dirty and it covered by carpet and curtains. No proper customer service support. Poor service. They charge room rate as per their wish and adding additional charge when we check out. They will not mentioned during check out time,, Be careful.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Majestic Hotel. The hygiene was unacceptable, with unclean rooms and bathroom facilities. On top of that, the room rates were constantly changing, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The poor service and behavior of staff (unprofessional) and lacked basic hospitality. Overall, there was no sense of customer care or professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recently my stay in majestic hotel doha was worst staff need to improve knowledge and training to speak i book superior suite they're showing there is a washing machine but when i check in the room there is not available the pictures showing websites i didn't get the same room all of maintenance especially seepage everywhere there is a small small cockroach behind the bed and toilet pillow fully visible blood stains while housekeeping staff cleaning my bed they hide the stain can't speak English properly. Poor condition towels even hand. Bath towels there is no bath mat no face towels even i book suite there is no toiletries just only lotion. Shampoo. Shower get. I will not recommend it this hotel anymore

The facilities are in dire need of an update. I encountered multiple issues that made my stay far from enjoyable. The plumbing was problematic, the water was constantly backing up in the sink. The room had poor wifi connection, and the washing machine and mini fridge were all outdated and barely worked. The cleanliness of the room was another big issue. The windows were grimy, caked with dust and , making them impossible to open. It seemed like the hotel had neglected even the most basic aspects of hygiene. Despite claims of having amenities such as a gym, billiards, and meeting rooms, none of these were actually available. It felt like a case of false advertising. If you’re thinking of staying here, be prepared to be let down. The service from the staff was equally disappointing. The receptionists were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. While check-in was somewhat smooth, any subsequent requests, even something as simple as asking for water, were ignored. Their attitude was far from welcoming. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
