We arrived late at night after a long and exhausting 13-hour journey, having made a reservation for two rooms. What we experienced upon arrival was utterly shocking and completely below even the most basic standards of hospitality. Both rooms lacked hot water, the internet connection was entirely non-functional, and, most disturbingly, the bed sheets had visible blood stains. We were not offered any assistance or given the option to have the sheets changed, which is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene and health standpoint. To make matters worse, there was no staff member present at the reception during the night. The only person we saw was an elderly man who did not speak a word of English and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. It was unclear whether he was even an employee of the hotel, as he offered no help whatsoever. We were effectively left completely unattended, with no way to reach any responsible staff member in case of an emergency or even to address basic issues. Spending the night in such conditions—without the ability to take a shower, access Wi-Fi, or sleep in clean bedding—was both frustrating and degrading. The overall experience was nothing short of a disaster. Hygiene was non-existent, communication was impossible, and there was a complete lack of customer care. This situation is not only unacceptable but also potentially dangerous. I expect an immediate and formal response from the management, including an explanation of how such negligence could occur and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again—either to us or to any future guests.

Both rooms had no hot water, the Wi-Fi was completely unusable, and worst of all, the bed sheets were visibly stained with what looked like blood. There was no option to change the sheets, and no one to assist us with anything. To make matters even worse, there was no actual staff member at the reception during the night. The only person around was an elderly man who didn’t speak a word of English and appeared to be drunk. We couldn’t even confirm if he worked at the hotel. He offered no help at all saying just “tomorrow morning” and we were left completely alone, with no way to reach anyone in charge in case of an emergency. We were forced to spend the night without taking a shower, without internet, and in unhygienic bedding, feeling frustrated, helpless, and frankly, disgusted. Hygiene was non-existent, communication was impossible, and the level of service was absolutely zero. This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was dangerous and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. What we experienced should never happen to any guest, under any circumstances.

Amazing view and atmosphere We got upgraded to a bungalow which was facing the ocean which we loved. Room was nice and spacious. Very friendly service. The view and the location are amazing. Cute black cat hanging around. Overall we liked our stay a lot!

No Water in shower - rude "Owner" Lana says it is always like this and this is ok (videos attached and on our channel) Bad smell in rooms Garbage through out the entire hotel The pool and beach are not private - in fact this is like a public place and the small pool is packed with many people from the area so does the 10m long beach breakfast is so poor and lame - I never seen anything like this. nothing to eat and it is served based on first takes - win ( meaning there are not refilling anything , and it includes only bread, tomoato and some yugurts... so poor) there is no SPA , there is a small Jacuzi - that the jets are not working for over 6 month.. seriously this place is so bad - if you want to avoid bad expereince and not ruin your vacation - Do not stay here. or cancel asap if you already ordered. There are many reviews saying the same thing and I was not smart to read them before.

Pool was discolored the entire time we were there and def unsafe to use. The cleanliness of the resort in general was very poor. The water kept going off for hours of the days! We had periods where for three straight days there wouldn’t be water for more than half the day.

"Tamara, you were very helpful to us and we thank you very much. This hotel could have been better. The breakfast and restaurants they offer are of very low quality. The location is excellent, and this place could be a better-serviced hotel. I have a suggestion for the owners: you can make this place very high quality, but first, you need to make adjustments to the restaurant section. Your breakfast is very poor."
