Natura Boutique Chalet Wellness Spa

Our summer stay at Natura Boutique Chalet in Dobbiaco has exceeded all our expectations. Nestled in the picturesque Italian Alps with breathtaking views and close proximity to the enchanting Toblacher See, this charming hotel is a hidden gem. The location offers unparalleled access to the trails around the Dolomites and stunning scenic views. If you’re lazy you can just stay at the hotel area, with spa and honesty bar all day! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality has been exceptional. Even though arriving four hours before check-in time, we were greeted with the warmest smile from the owner Urban and immediately given the key to our room. Urban provided us with comprehensive information about the best local attractions and activities. One of the evenings, too tired to venture out for dinner, Urban noticed we hadn’t eaten and offered to make us an omelet even though the hotel doesn’t serve dinner. We politely declined, not wanting to impose. However, half an hour later, he surprised us with two plates of pasta with freshly picked chanterelles from that very day. It was the most delicious meal we had during our two-week alpine trip. Most of all, we’re stunned by that rarely seen kindness. The level of service and Urban’s heartfelt dedication to his guests is truly indescribable. We have never experienced such hospitality before. Natura Boutique Chalet is a place we highly recommend – come and experience it for yourself! PS. This is the first time I have even written a review before leaving a place.

Vera, the owner and her ever-smiling husband Urban were exceptionally welcoming, as were Anna and Greta. Urban's familiarity with local hiking trails allowed us to experience Lago di Braies without the crowds (on a 3 1/2 hour hike overlooking the lake we encountered just 7 people). Minimal light pollution allowed star-gazing from our balcony. Short drive to Rienz Restaurant Bar netted us an inexpensive, yet delicious trout dinner. Yet another short drive to Pizzeria Hans resulted in two delicious, perfect-crust pizzas.

L'accueil de l'équipe, que ce soient les propriétaires ou le personnel aux petits soins , le petit déjeuner varié, fait maison, est tout simplement fabuleux, la qualité de l'hôtel, les conseils randos et activités.. le paradis au sud tyrol ! Antica casa recentemente ristrutturata; punti di forza gentilizza dei gestori Fam. Kofler, colazione molto ben fornita isa dolce che salato, pulizia della camera e soprattutto spendida zona welness. A due passi dal lago di Dobbiaco, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Pista da fondo che passa proprio dietro l'Hotel. Giudizio molto positivo

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a fine luglio e devo dire che è la prima volta che mi capita che la realtà superi le aspettative. La struttura è molto bella, immersa in un bosco lontano dal traffico e dal rumore, vicino ad un ruscello a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Dobbiaco. Tutto è pulito e curato, l'attenzione ad ogni dettaglio si nota sia nelle aree comuni, sia nelle stanze, che sono in legno profumato. Il personale è molto gentile, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Ottima la colazione, con prodotti locali dolci e salati, torte fatte in casa e la possibilità di ordinare uova. Si può usufruire dell'area relax, con una piccola spa molto carina, un idromassaggio all'aperto e lettini per prendere il sole. Si nota grande attenzione per il cliente, dalle prime fasi della prenotazione fino al saluto finale con i biscotti loaker in omaggio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente ottimo. Da provare anche nel periodo invernale.
