I will definitely return back to this hotel...From the moment we arrived we were greeted and looked after by the lovely Eptihel & Nouni at reception. This hotel is Extremely welcoming we were assisted with our cases by a lovely guy, the hotel is predominately French and some German and during our stay there, there was only two other English people. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday, food was spot on delicious and healthy. I did have a bad stomach one day on day 5 which Eptihel (receptionist) asked do i need medicine, i said no, she called the bar to make me some special drink to settle my stomach and also the tall older skinny guy on the beach bar went to the restaurant and made me a drink to settle my stomach. The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing all the animation team got everyone involved with the activities old and young. The only problem from an English point of view was that the languages that were spoke from the DJ was french and Dutch same at the amphitheater were spoken in french and never English. The shows at the amphitheater were amazing especially the fire show. Our days at the beach were great and greeted by a friendly face Adel ensuring we were happy and if we needed anything. He would check the programmes for the day to let us know what was going on. He made lots of suggestions and places to go and see and answered any questions that we had. Adel had dedication ensuring we felt settled and we could tell he enjoyed his role. The guys in the shops on site were not pushy and relaxed letting us look at their items. And also the cleaners of a night were friendly especially the black deaf man, he couldn't communicate through speech but was always smiling and was so happy we could sign language Thankyou to him. As it was coming towards the colder season (for the locals) the beach restaurant closed on our last day 18th Nov. The lovely Adem came to look for us to inform us of this information which was Very kind!! I didnt intend to as on holiday and i like to relax but i used the gym 4 times, i was greeted also by Tarek at the gym. His English was not as good as his french and Arabic, he showed me some fitness exercises and how to operate the machines and asked if i needed water, he also was very attentive. We met the owner of the hotel Jamel who kindly asked us what could he do best to get more English here, we suggested to advertise on tik tok! Our stay overall was amazing and i will return.
