The room facilities and bedding are very comfortable, clean and smart. The room has floor heating and sleeps very comfortably at night. The surroundings are also very quiet. It is also super close to Songzanlin Temple. The Tibetan living room also has a stove. It is very comfortable to roast in the morning at night. You can also cook by yourself. The boss and his wife are post-95 Tibetans. They patiently explain Tibetan culture to us. From check-in to check-out, they provide snacks, fruits and breakfast. The experience is full. Unfortunately, I stayed for one night this time. I will definitely stay for two more nights next time. (If anyone sees my comment and doesn't come here, I'll regret it for you haha

Who knows the family! This trip, I really booked a homestay that can be called ”Dream Love Suite”. The experience is directly full. Amway must be given to everyone! The fatigue and cold of the journey were instantly dispersed by this just right warmth. At that moment, there was a sense of ”going home”. In this place where it is easy to be high, the oxygen supply machine equipped by the hotel is simply the ”guardian of life”. I used to travel to the plateau. I often didn't sleep well at night because of lack of oxygen. This time I didn't have this trouble at all. I slept very peacefully every night, and the next day was a full day of vitality! The whole house intelligent system is full of convenience and technology. The light and darkness switch at will, and the curtains can be opened and closed automatically according to the instructions. When you lie on the sofa, you can control everything by moving your mouth. This is too cool! What surprised me most was the three-color laser projection. After the day of play, lie down on the soft big bed, turn on the projection, and the high-definition large screen is combined with shocking sound effects. It instantly has its own private theater. The immersive viewing experience makes the tired body and mind greatly relaxed. I have to mention the landlord, warm and thoughtful, responsive, with such a landlord, the sense of security is directly full! The transportation is convenient and you can get there directly by taxi. You don't need to drag your luggage into the ancient city to stay. The equipment is perfect, the room has an oxygen generator and floor heating, after all, it is still very tired after a trip, and there is a loss of high reaction. There are two devices that can relieve many high reaction symptoms. The most important thing is that the service is very good, the front desk brother is handsome and polite, I also sent me to the high-speed rail station when I left! Stay next time!

The location of the B&B is excellent, there is a square downstairs, the towels in the room are disposable, which is very suitable for B&Bs. The environment is also comfortable and relaxed, it is the leisurely and cozy style of Shangri-La, and there are kittens. The boss is easy-going and is a young man born after 1995. I originally booked only one night, but I felt good and extended the room.

We booked 4 rooms for travel with famillies : 1. Hotel Location is just 5 minutes walk to the dugezong ancient city , walk out 3 minutes to left or right full with restaurant to enjoy 2. Host was superb provided lots of information on travel, help us to book our Balagezong trip , advises on how to go and how to save money on trip 3. Room was spacious, very clean, provided with electric blanket, also floor heating was great. Enjoy staying at the hotel so much 4. All basic necessities is available 5. the host drive all of us 11 pax to the train station, park the car and send us through boarding train. I was very appreciated and so happy on how they take care of the guest. i fully recommended the hotel to stay if you are travelling to Shangri-La

This hotel is close to the north gate of the ancient city and only a few minutes' walk from the big prayer wheel. The transportation is convenient, parking is very convenient, the indoor parking lot is fully equipped, the hot water and floor heating are very good, there is a laundry room, the room service and the front desk are very polite, breakfast is provided when checking in, the service is great, I will stay here again next time I come to Shangri-La!

The lady here was very nice and friendly but we left several days early because the room felt suffocating. The room was nice but there was no window that opened and the sealed window had a water tank against it outside. It felt very claustrophobic. Perhaps because it was unusually hot, it felt like we couldn’t get any fresh air and couldn’t breathe. It might better when the weather is cooler.

Service: The boss and everyone in the store are very enthusiastic. Before coming, they have been helping to answer questions and the latest road conditions in the village, and also helped to upgrade the star room. Environment: Very good, with its own design style, there is a large terrace to see the snowy mountains. Hygienic: Cleaned very clean. The boss’s cooking is also delicious, and he can meet repeat customers every day to eat
