The Keystone Conference Center is just across Highway 6, and guests can use the pedestrian crossing that runs underneath the highway to make their way to any conferences. Owner also provides access to East Lake Clubhouse which includes an indoor pool and hot tub with a wall of windows that provide an excellent view of the slopes. There’s also a sauna and a large deck on the water with a grill and plenty of seating. Nearby is a picnic area and playground. NO SMOKING - Strictly no smoking…anything. This includes on decks, at hot tubs, or within 10ft of the building. Evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your deposit. NO PETS - Guests are not allowed to have pets in the condo or the building. You might see dogs around the building because owners are allowed to bring pets. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors, some of whom live in the community full-time and have young children. OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests that may stay overnight is 10. No more than 12 guests at one time. SKI, SNOW, GOLF EQUIPMENT - lease use storage lockers located next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Do not bring ski equipment into the condo, including boots.
