Good location, beautiful view, nice staff, always ready to help and meet our needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good, just about 10-15 min to city centre. Best words to kitchen chef! The food was tasty and fresh. I would love to come back here with my family!

Cons: The place was ok, but the room was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed at. It was so small, that I had to get up from the foot of the bed, since there was barely 10-15cm left on both sides of it. There was a wall between the bed and the windows so no light would enter the room during the day. The diameter of the shower head was 5cm, so small that I couldn't wash my hair with it and there were no shower curtains either, so the water went everywhere. The shower didn't even have air ventilation or windows, the water had no way to dry out. We ordered food at the place and the Armenian yogurt soup was the absolute worst (this is something I order everywhere and it's really not easy to get it THAT WRONG), it had a thick layer of oil on top, we didn't even touch it and the waiter didn't bother to ask what was wrong with it. Homemade lemonade is also not recommended. I wish I had taken some photos, because that room was in none of the pictures posted on their page, no wonder why. Pros: The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was nice. Although the staff was not so professional, but was very friendly and ready to assist.
