Staying in this hotel for the second time. They upgraded my booking into Superior Room, that was very nice! Very good service, good breakfast, perfect swimming pool. The only bad thing is that some of the equipment in the gym was out of service. But overall a well equipped gym.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family.
We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool.
Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it.
Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature.
Overall, highly recommended!

Our tour operator had booked us a standard room which was a very small room with the bed right against the wall which made getting into and out of bed very difficult. We spent our first night in this room but the following day I spoke to the manager ( Mr Varag ) who was insistent that we should have a favourable impression of his hotel so he offered us an upgrade to a poolside suite which was magnificent . Needless to say we were very grateful and want to thank him for his kindness. The installations of the hotel are very impressive and we had an excellent breakfast

The buffet breakfast and dinner were both amazing - so much food! Large, comfortable room. The hotel isn't within walking distance of the town centre, but not far by coach. The one drawback was the traffic noise. Everything else was great.

Property location is good. Beds are confy. Internet signal is unstable. Taxi is a little far (not hotel fault).
Service is good at the restaurant. Breakfast is above avarage but short (from 9 to 11). You basically have to stop your pool time to have breakfast or skip it.
Staff service is a mixed bag. At the restaurant they were attentive. At the reception it was a disaster: could not indicate any trail around; they said it was not worth visiting old Dilijan (it was); the worst: front desk staff asked us to leave the premises after check out because the hotel was full (it was not). I will not return to this hotel.

You wouldn't normally expect to see the words 'Paradise' and 'Best Western' in the same sentence, but we found it fine for our short stay in the area. The location is quiet but a bit more than walking distance from the town, and so we opted to stay in for a pleasant dinner. The rooms were reasonably comfortable but the decor is rather showing its age - our room (unusually these days) lacked plug sockets, and the balcony door refused to open, and then when it finally did, refused to shut. Service in the bar and restaurant was erratic and indifferent until one female staff member (Russian!) took note of the situation injected a bit of purpose! Buffet breakfast was good, and, all in all, we were satisfied with our short stay.
