The room provided by the hotel management was very dirty and the geyser of the bathroom was not working and it was also mention-able that the hotel management didn't provide the remote of the ac and for this reason we cannot control the room temperature. The housekeeping and cleaning staff of the hotel don't give their service but at the time of check out they come for tips. In short my experience about this hotel is very bad.

The hotel is good, but there are numerous problems too. Like ac leaks water at times. View from the balcony is pathetic, it's a dumpster. But rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is really good though

The executive rooms are very good. Very near to New Digha Sea Beach. Food quality is excellent in their restaurant. Services are also good. Thank you 🙏🏻

I selected this hotel based on the 4. 1 rating. I am listing out the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Very well behaved and courteous staff 2. All hotel personnel are helpful and polite 3. Food at the in-house restaurant is very good and very reasonably priced cons: 1. There is some issue with their cooling system, if you turn off the air conditioner or set the temperature above 16 degrees, there's water everywhere. Floor, door, walls and furniture. 2. We had to call the housekeeping staff multiple times to clean up the water 3. The bathroom tap was not working, and it wasn't fixed in the 2 days that we stayed there, despite asking multiple times 4. Room service is very slow if you choose to stay in this hotel, please make sure they give you a room that has no cooling problem. This problem exists in multiple rooms, as we came across other boarders complaining as well. Unfortunately, the good behaviour doesn't make up for the uncomfortable room stay.

The rooms were standard but one disadvantage was if the ac is turned off the floor of the room is so watery so to avoid the watery floor the ac had to be turned on at least 24° even if we are out of the room... or else the stay was great and the food from their resturant is mind-blowing...the foods are must try.... The staff are well behaved and the staff of the restaurant is also so mannered and well behaved

They check the bags and they don't provide any privacy they keep ringing the bell 3 times a day to give orders from the hotel they even continuously call on the land line for orders from the restaurant. They clean the centre table with the broom that they clean the floor. They provide the towel on the floor and then provide it to the guest. Neither do they provide proper room service. Toilet window was broken and was covered with a news paper. Really disappointed.
