酒店是很多藏民的民居組成的，每家每户都是重新設計裝修的，各有各的特色！乾淨衞生

供暖設備沒有，燒木炭僅維持短時間，一個晚上冷的直打噴嚏。要更換升級房型，還要回到前台，前台離住宿還有一段距離，下雨冷帶小孩還要回到前台再登記再下單去更換房型。供氧設備純虛設。前台服務差

房間設施齊全，管家服務周到。洗澡水不錯，遊玩了一天晚上回到房間洗了個舒服的熱水澡，雙人間床夠大床墊軟硬適中，一覺睡到天亮解乏。很滿意很滿意。
