I am writing to thank you for a fantastic stay at your hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable cleanliness of the room, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Dining at was a highlight, with delicious food and attentive service. The hotel's safety measures were reassuring, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my visit . I found the experience largely satisfactory. The room was impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The hotel staff were exemplary, offering courteous and efficient service throughout my stay. However, i found the quality of the food to be below expectations. Enhancing the culinary offerings would significantly improve the overall experience. Despite this, i would still recommend the hotel for its excellent accommodation and service.

We upgraded to suite as the room we book was smelling of cigarette, ask for room freshener but not provided. But we found lots of dead cockroach in our suite room, room service very bad, takes hours to provide anything we ask, make excuse for every demand, baby food not available, some amenities not provided, food quality was also bad. Location was good.

The hospitality is worst
the room service is worst
room amenities are not adequate
the staff does not feel like trained staff
they are arrogant or "chappri" if we go by the local slang
me and my girlfriend visited there on 24/04/24
after dinner, when we thought of doing "netflix and chill, we found out that the tv is not connecting to the hotel's wifi. When we enquired about why is that so. They abruptly said ki tv se connection nahi hoga wifi. They didn't even bothered to add a sorry at the beginning of that statement or give us a reason as to why is that happening. Our money is wasted. We had a bad experience with such ******* hotel staff. Stay away from this hotel my fellow citizens, let them get what they deserve !
