距離要辦事的地方挺近

這家的入住體驗實在是太差了，前台服務人員態度惡劣，給了我們整個酒店最遠、最角落、三面都靠近高速公路的地方，非常吵，當我去找她交涉的時候，她説我是通過網上第三方（攜程Ctrip）訂的，訂單上就是靠近高速公路的，我訂這家酒店時根本沒有高速公路這個選項，而且我付了1390元人民幣。反覆交涉並出示訂單後，終於給我換了一個稍微安靜一點的房間，整個折騰下來就已經深夜了。 還要説一下，就是為什麼入住這家酒店，也是攜程微導遊給我們推薦的，説是有利於去舊金山，結果根本就是反方向，來回換酒店折騰費時費力費錢，攜程海外服務水平也亟待提高啊。

因為鄰近住在LA的親戚而住这裏、房間很大、2張5呎大床还有很多地方、一般個人清潔用品(洗发液、護髮素、冲涼梘、落粧棉、潤膚乳等都有、沒有牙刷牙膏)、還有泳池、包了基本早餐(咖啡、果汁、水果、漢堡肉、面包、、、也很豐富。但不要向马路邊的房間、因為旁邊是高速公路、很嘈、如果大件行李最好要求地下1F的房間、因為它是兩層高的平房、沒有電梯的,很多泊車位、一轉出大路便有加油站、也很方便．整体都不錯的。

Location is very nice, it's near to everything. The next time I come to the area, I definitely book my stay here again.

I like the hardwood floor. I don't like its location - it is very close to highway and it is noisy at night.

The quality is beyond our expectation, the room was quieted and cleaned, style is updated, the jacuzzi was working and heated.

Not satisfied with my stay. They didn’t clean the room. We asked for towels never got them. Room was very cold. This place felt more like a motel. Didn’t feel safe.

The checkin process was unnecessarily lengthy and painfull. Also no hot water in the morning In all four rooms - not acceptable!

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The thermostat would only cool down so many degrees and only heat up to certain level. The hot cooked breakfast was fantastic! The scrambled eggs were delicious. The hotel is right on the freeway, so we asked for a quiet room. Would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool and jacuzzi looked great, but we didn't get a chance to use them.

I almost always stayed at BW but seems like not all BW are the same, like other provides water bottles and this one is not…anyway it’s good

Nice clean room and enough parking. The location is really convenient!
