There were large tour groups that were staying at the hotel and I eventually left without having any breakfast. The groups totally devoured the food, and each time food was brought out the food was finished before I was able to get any. I left without eating as I could not stay until food would eventually be available. Furthermore, the tables were used prior to me sitting at the table and there was no cutlery, or anything replaced. Not a good experience at all. Dinner was somewhat better but still not a great experience. There was not enough chicken and when asked, the staff apologised and said we could have the spaghetti mince dish. Totally missed the point on this one.

From a bowl sized bathroom basin, a 40cm tv, an A3 page sized bedroom mirror, 1 meter by 1 meter shower, saucer sized plactes, 3/4 sized beds,...everything about this place is small,...the name should be changed to Truckers lodge as they're in the business of providing overnight stay for those paying by, with no regard to how the client feels,... They do have a 60inch tv in the dining hall,... Nolita at reception is very friendly. They do not cater to Vegans and the Chef cannot be relied on.

The stay in the hotel room was very enjoyable, the dinners on offer were very delicious and the breakfast more than what I expected. The air conditioner in the room was exactly what I needed on some days. There is quick coffee always available in the room with a small kettle. The cleaning service does come to clean your room even if you are returning the same day.

Good stay ,friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms was comfortable, cleaned.Sleeper bed did have bedsheets.Athletes stays 3 in a room and that was a concern. A Bar freezer would be nice to have in a room. No bathroom mat in the shower but there was clean bath towels.

Both mornings I went to breakfast. Very poor, no notifications if the meat served was pork, mutton, beef or what. Scrambled eggs blue No cutlery No stirrers Platters empty Tables and chairs with left over food on. The kitchen staff just non chalant. Cant believe I pay so much for this poor service. Truly disgusted

All other stuff members were helpful and always visible. They accommodated and provided a home away from home, except the evening restaurant manager Monica. She would get really angry if one requested extra food. During the evening buffet we get dished a single plate with a portion size that the ladies find suitable so it's not really a buffet I guess. You request more food and you'll be in Monica's bad books.

Peaceful place to be if you love quietness. Nicely cleaned & fresh room . Beautiful nature to view Pool to cool off yourself after a long day Breakfast is to die for,,, especially their fruit salad because that's what I enjoy mostly. Thanks a lot

The room was okay except for the noise levels at the hotel. My sleep broke so many times with doors opening and closing and people talking in the corridors. Rooms were clean but carpet needs attention
