In the beginning the experience was good, however after checking in to our room, noticed that the room was very old and not up to my expectation. The kitchen vent was linked to the room and all the smell would fill up the room. The kitchen was also linked to the rooms and as soon as you stepped out, the kitchen smell would hit your face, overall the experience and excursions were great.

Was pleasantly surprised by the staff. The staff speaks Russian and English. always ready to help in any detail. the staff will offer good excursions, give out masks and fins for snorkeling for free, and always tell you where to go. near the hotel there is a beautiful beach for snorkeling, where you can see a lot of colorful fish. on the account of the room: the room is very comfortable, large beds, panoramic windows overlooking the ocean, clean linens, a small refrigerator, a kettle with cups. the bathroom looks modern, the beautiful black color is beautiful and stylish. At the expense of the food menu: you have to order food to choose from, the portions are very large, they taste good. you won't be left hungry. at any time of the day you can have a cup of tea or coffee with powdered milk on the 1st floor. upon request, the staff can order fresh lobsters for dinner. The price of each lobster is $50! In the evening, the hotel area is illuminated and looks very beautiful!

It was a wonderful vacation on a local island. The guest house is brand new, very clean and beautiful. The guest house has its own cozy territory with access to the beach and its own reef, where you can see fish and rays along the way. Snorkeling equipment can be taken at the reception. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Firstly, the response time to questions is very fast. On the day of arrival, the host organized a transfer on a high-speed boat, which sailed on time and without delay. I was also able to check in ahead of time, because the room was already ready. The room has everything you need and also a balcony with a wonderful view of the beach, palm trees and the sea (I stayed in deluxe with sea view). You can also use the common area at the reception. Tea and coffee are available all time. I am very grateful to host Anna, who did everything possible for a comfortable stay! She was very responsive to every request. The hotel team was able to organize a wonderful tour on an individual request. It was the best vacation, I felt like I was visiting friends. If I visit Diffushi again, I'll only stop here❤️

Abbiamo organizzato il capodanno attraverso questo hotel pagato 150 € a testa per farci venire a prendere da una barca del resort di un’altra isola alle 7:30 di sera, portarci al resort e passare la fine dell’anno là fino alle due di notte per poi tornare alla nostra isola. Tutto incluso ovviamente. c’era scritto cena, spettacoli fuochi d’artificio, eccetera, eccetera. Comunque mancanza di organizzazione da subito. Arrivati all’heron alle 19:00 (orario di incontro) ci troviamo con altri ragazzi e aspettiamo la bellezza di un’ora senza avere notizie della barca che ci sarebbe dovuta venire a prendere. Inizia a piovere il proprietario davvero imbarazzante non aveva nulla da dire. Anzi tranquillissimo se la rideva. Alla fine dopo 2 ore quasi di attesa e avendo già in realtà perso l’orario della cena e comunque avere perso tempo e soldi, ci fanno portare da un’altra barca perché la barca del resort non si palesa minimamente. Poi arrivati al resort la storia continua ma non sto a scriverla qui. Comunque questo hotel dovrebbe risarcirci per la serata orribile che ci ha fatto passare e fregandosene altamente di noi e dell responsabilità dei trasporti sia all’andata sia al ritorno. Mai più. Non andate in questo hotel e neanche al ristorante. Lo abbiamo provato e tante cose che trovi a menu non ci sono e quelle poche che hanno devo dire imbarazzanti. Niente da aggiungere un grande MAI PIÙ.

Premetto che essendo una guesthouse alle Maldive le aspettative non erano elevate, ma mi aspettavo di meglio. La camera era ok, il bagno non appariva molto ben pulito. Non mi è stato detto all’arrivo né a che ora sarebbe stata la colazione (e la cena), né che bisogna appendere alla porta un cartoncino (che non mi avevano dato) affinché pulissero la stanza. Oltre questo, la prima sera, avendo scelto la mezza pensione, ci viene consegnato un menu di piatti tra cui scegliere (con soli due antipasti e il resto dei piatti era solo pesce, sempre tonno, e pollo), ma scegliendo pesce ci viene detto che non l’avevano (ma lo davano alle persone che venivano a cena al ristorante e avevano un altro menu rispetto a noi clienti dell’hotel) , così come il gelato e un’altra sera l’hamburger. Chiedendo poi l’orario della colazione, ci viene detto intorno alle 7:30, ma ogni mattina scendevamo e aspettavamo anche 50 minuti perché la colazione prima delle 8:20 non era pronta, creando così a noi problemi quando avevamo le escursioni in mattinata. La colazione era estremamente scarsa, mai vista così. In generale: ok che siamo in un’isola locale e ci si adatta nelle guesthouse, ma le recensioni che leggo non corrispondono minimamente alla realtà, sono fuorvianti.
