The Black Swan Inn

We went for an evening meal midweek. It did take a while to get drinks and our food order taken but the staff reassured us and explained it was really busy which we were fine with, we could see how hard they were working. The food was incredible, we all had something different on the menu and every single dish was 10/10. The combination of flavours was excellent and the dishes had so much flavour. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Really lovely old building furnished in keeping. Lovely knowledgeable waitress. My husband & I popped in for some lunch with our Cockerpoo. We were made welcome even though they were just about to stop food. We chose the share five starters & they were fantastic. Most had an Asian twist & clearly the Chef knew exactly what he was doing. All the combinations really worked, very tasty & great presentation.

It is a lovely old pub with excellent, helpful, courteous staff and a great Chef and menu. We went as a cycling group and they kindly stored our bikes overnight in one of the function rooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well-equipped. A great place to stay and eat, with decent ales too!

What a cracking pub, extremely lovely staff and the food was amazing! We stopped on a canal boat holiday and the 6 of us went for lunch. Was truly a great experience and we had a lovely time! Will definitely go again when in the area and would recommend 100% to anyone passing!

Visited the The Black Swan whilst in Devizes for food with some friends. We were made to feel very welcome by the lovely waiting staff and when choosing our meals from the menu were well advised by the knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent and we cannot speak highly enough of it. This is not your normal 'pub grub' establishment and it was so good we booked for Sunday lunch where we had the Sunday roasts....WOW!! Probably the best Sunday roast I've had in years. Beautifully cooked roast beef and roast pork with sensational roast potatoes... the veg was plentiful as well. Cannot speak highly enough about this please ... keep up the great work. Thanks to all the waiting staff especially Ella!!! We'll be back .....

We stayed here one night as part of our cycle tour. Such a great find . Room was cosy , clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant had a lovely feel to it the atmosphere and decor very warming . Great menu and food was lovely . The staff were friendly and polite . The town of Devizes had a good feel to it and would definitely stay here again if revisiting the area . Thank you .
