There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life. You’ve found your SOL MATE. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Golf and Pickleball. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house Other things to note Outdoor music & parties: No outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, DJs, karaoke, and amplifiers are prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Cameras & security: For your safety, the property has security cameras: These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras. A noise detector is located in the backyard as required by the City of Desert Hot Springs. It monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video. Pets: We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Spa & Pool Heating Policy • Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay.
