Stayed a 10 minute walk from the town which has bars, cafes, restaurants and regular shops. Lovely area. Felt really safe day or night. Was busy when we went due to giro de Italia but that just added to the atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Great Lake views and lots of historical sites

The hotel is a 25 minute walk to civilisation which would be okay if the place had enough taxis. The shuttle service is not great and only runs 2/3 times a day. We ended up having to walk there and back most of our holiday. The staff didn’t help much on our stay. Sending us to a room up stairs with no help with bags. We didn’t get told about the bike rental till late in our stay. The room its self was okay but balcony was dirty and the air-con was intermittent. This is the only hotel in the world where you are charger 30 euros per day for the main to come and change sheets/tidy up and 8 euros to change towels. We wish we done more research on this place as we ended up spending a good 200 euros on transport for the whole stay. Would highly recommend paying a little more to stay in the main town.

A beautiful resort full of lovely restaurants. Ferry trips are available to the other towns and villages around Lake Garda. The ferry company could be a little bit more helpful with regard to signage and trips. The language was also a barrier here. We stayed at the Hotel Estee. Very helpful and friendly staff; nothing was a problem. We had a lovely lake view room with a balcony. Breakfast was amazing, with wonderful choices. We would stay again.

The appartment we rented is on Airbnb, VRBO. Appartamentiallavilla, operated by Giuditta and Matteo. Very Clean, Secure, gated Parking and only 3 minute walk to center of Town across the Lake. Ferry service to all major towns in Lake Garda. Many Great Restaurants and Bars, gelato shops, great shopping for All. Giuditta and Matteo are Amazing Hosts, there are 2 BBQ with garden chairs and Gazebo to Relax . A great Spot for Couples and Families and Singles. Being going there for Many years

A place with lots to recommend it. Good rooms, fantastic views,good location ruined by inept management. After booking an apartment with one bedroom and a separate living room and checking we were happy with this by using the website and confirming that it fit our requirements we were a bit miffed to find that we were given keys for a studio apartment (both adults and kids in one room). Rather than apologising for the mistake and giving us the correct room the supercilious manager decided to tell us we had “booked the wrong room”. Despite it clearly being the right room on the printed booking we’d brought with us. After our travel agent intervened - we were eventually given a room that *almost* matched the ones shown on the website. The website shows a room with 2 beds and a sofa in the kitchen room. This one had no sofa. We were told by the staff that “all the rooms are the same” so they were either lying to us or they are lying to everyone looking on their website. I think it’s probably the former. As this was far, far from a budget holiday I don’t expect this kind of stress and frustration when arriving. So no matter how nice it may appear on the website I can’t recommend.

We were very pleased with this accommodation. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good choice (mostly cold items, but they also make very nice omelettes as you wait). We had one evening meal, which was tasty and beautifully presented. Prices are comparable with other restaurants in town. The staff in the restaurant and on reception (special call-out to Luca and Eugenia) are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The room was plenty big enough for 2, with a settee which would have made up as a full-size single in addition. There was a small kitchenette with everything provided for self-catering on a basic level and an electric kettle (take your own tea bags, as there weren't many supplied!) The room had independent facility for both heating and aircon and the bathroom, although very tight, had a lovely power shower and roomy shower cubicle. Heated towel rail and hairdryer provided too. It's about 2 Km to stroll into town. Buses pass, though not sure how convenient the stops are for the hotel, as we didn't use them.

We’re a family from California and we had a great time in this great place. Me and my Husband and ours little daughter had really amazing experience in this Hotel. It was all flawless in the pool and the lifeguard was so pleasant spoken in super fluent English . We recommend it to come here it’s worth it .

Reduci da una bruttissima esperienza al club del sole di Jesolo ( sporchissimo, ce ne siamo andati dopo un giorno) siamo andati al club di Desenzano per utilizzare il nostro voucher… tre notti in pensione completa nel trilocale aqua (quasi 1500 € due adulti e due bambini). Reception molto gentili e preparati, al ristorante tutto ottimo dal servizio al cibo. Peccato la pulizia dell’alloggio, al nostro arrivo il pavimento era improponibile…. Dopo le pulizie giornaliere era tale e quale! Ho chiesto alla signora delle pulizie se aveva un’insetticida visto mi erano entrate le formiche in camera e mi ha risposto di no che avrebbe usato la scopa♀️ per un appartamento deluxe e a quella cifra le pulizie mi sembrano davvero fondamentali. Inoltre le prime due notti è stata fatta una disinfestazione per i moscerini, la terza notte non è stata fatta e siamo dovuti entrare di corsa da una porta sul retro… mai vista una cosa del genere… al mattino c’erano cadaveri ovunqueeee (ho fatto anche un video ma purtroppo non si può caricare) Comodo per visitare Desenzano e Sirmione ma si deve avere la macchina Servizio biciclette un po’ scadente ma c’è Ripeto, peccato per le pulizie perché per il resto tutto bene!
