Palace Hotel Desenzano

Все понравилось. Очень удобная кровать, хорошая косметика в ванной. Номер с большим балконом, наверное летом приятно посидеть с видом на озеро. СПА после QC Terme, конечно маловат :), но наполнение хорошее, несколько саун, хамам, души, комнаты для отдыха, приятный персонал. Подогреваемый бассейн на 3 этаже, а СПА на -1, в СПА бассейна нет, соответственно совмещать спа и бассейн несколько не удобно. Парковка есть и платная, и бесплатная. Отличный завтрак.

An excellent hotel that provided a great place to stay for a lovely four day visit to the spectacular Lake Garda and the beautiful city of Verona. The room and facilities provided were absolutely first class, especially the breakfast buffet, and the very courteous and extremely efficient staff made for a very pleasurable stay. We would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Palace Hotel Desenzano. It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were really friendly.

We hadn’t stayed in Desananzo before although we’ve stayed in other resorts . The Palace hotel is situated about 5 mins by taxi from the very centre of town .. it’s a little too far to walk unless you are particularly energetic by nature , but there’s a public bus that goes frequently for 5 euros return . We usually got the bus down and an Uber back . There’s a lovely lakeside path directly on the lake opposite the hotel if you prefer . The hotel is great . We had complimentary breakfast with all you’d need , freshly prepared and served buffet style . Our room was very spacious , the largest on the trip , and had a king sized bed , loads of wardrobe storage , a huge bathroom with a great shower and double sinks , a complimentary mini bar with soft drinks and a 100sqm terrace with balcony and a view to the lake … And the price was so competitive.. three nights here in this deluxe level of property was equivalent financially to 4 nights in a Travelodge in England in August . It’s a really great spot . We didn’t use the Spa facilities but lots of people were doing so .. we used the rooftop terrace with infinity pool , we sat around the large outdoor pool in the grounds , we utilised the bar facilities , and would highly recommend the local Lugana white wine , available at 30 euros a bottle .. Great , friendly staff .. helped us book a taxi transfer to Verona airport for the end of our trip and throughout the stay were immensely helpful .. We will definitely stay again and will highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Palace Hotel Desenzano from July 20 to 23, and everything was fantastic. A special mention goes to the night shift staff at the reception – they were absolutely the best! Super helpful, friendly, and with a great sense of humor. Their positive attitude really made our stay extra special. The hotel has a perfect location – just a 2-minute walk to beautiful Lake Garda. We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts and stayed in a clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Highly recommended – we truly loved our time here and would gladly return!

The staff, particularly those at the front desk ensured that we had a good holiday. We went with TUI and never heard from them all of the time we were at the hotel. The hotel is not really old people friendly. We had asked for walk in shower but had to climb over a half meter rim to get in. There is no hand rail to either pool and we had to rely on other guests to help us in and out. There were no TV channels with English language. You really need a car to get around here. Reception were excellent in getting us a taxi to go out or when we were out and needed to get back. Buses one an hour and long long way between stops. Hotel does not do meals after 6pm. Food though is good. Two hour journey back to Milan airport from here. We had an excellent room with great views.
