Hotel ini sesuai untuk percutian keluarga. Kawasan hotel yang luas dan lengkap dengan kemudahan seperti indoor playground, swimming pools yang sangat luas serta pantai yang cantik. Makanan yang disediakan juga sedap.

Hotel sangat cantik tapi makanan sarapan bagi saya biasa saja untuk 5 star hotel. Tapi facilities lain tip top. Pantai sangat cantik

Bilik memuaskan,,makanan sedap tapi cas untuk kanak2 makan terlalu mahal rm48,dihotel lain harga untuk kanak2 makan bawah rm30,agak pelik

Layanan dari staff hotel sangat baik, sarapan yg sedap dan suasana sgt cantik dan damai.

Percutian yang santai dan seronok.. sambut birthday anak di sana... hotel cantik, pantai bersih, bilik selesa dan besar .. makanan banyak... akan datang lagi di lain waktu

The resort was well maintained and beautiful! the hotel staffs were all friendly and welcoming. special thanks to Mira from the front office team. she was really accommodating and helpful when i asked for a room change because my room was really at the end and the view wasn’t what I booked for. I was travelling with young children and the view was quite depressing with a view of the carpark. after a few call exchanges, she provided us with a room change that was so much more beautiful and comfortable. we were all so thankful and appreciative for the help of Mira and probably her whole team. it made our stay so special. we will definitely come back again for our next trip to Desaru. breakfast was great, seriously our experience in this resort was one of the best in Desaru so far!

This is our second visit as a family to Sand and Sandals. The resort is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach. The eateries are also quiet and peaceful - they have Western, local, Japanese, and Chinese food. There is also a small cafe. The service staff and reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big with a large shower and comfy beds, and soap, shampoo aee provided. The hotel breakfast buffet spread is large with a good selection of food, and it is constantly replenished. Overall, an excellent place if you want a quiet getaway, to chill and laze around without crowds. Transfer to and from the ferry terminal was also smooth. We would return again for a relaxing trip.

Nice and peaceful place to stay. Our room was very spacious. They have friendly and helpful staff and the food was delicious!!! Would surely recommend this to my family and friends
