The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was spic and span, the staff was excellent, parking of car was not an issue at all, next to O'Hare Airport and convenient from every aspect.

Well, the hotel is near the airport but they don't have FREE Airport Shuttle. Trip.com has mislead us in the article so please beware. The uber is also expensive going to this hotel. You will be charged around $16-20 USD per trip! Crazy price! The hotel though was clean and well maintained. I like the kitchen area though I didn't use it. There's a free breakfast but it was only cookies and muffins. Don't expect anything. The service was okay. I think that's it.

Lived three times. Did not feel that there is a big problem. It is satisfactory. Although it is not very high-end, it needs to be there. The room and the bed are large. Close to the airport, the surrounding supermarkets are very convenient. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but enough to eat and eat well.
